The Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, at 870 West Howard Avenue in Biloxi, Mississippi, is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Biloxi. It was designed by Theodore Brune and built by J.F. Barnes & Company of Greenville, Mississippi in 1902. [2] The cathedral was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Brune was a German-American architect who designed several churches on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana. [2] The Gothic design for the Blessed Virgin Mother Catholic Church on West Howard Avenue was constructed after the original church was destroyed by the Great Biloxi Fire of November 1900 on the same site. [3] Stained glass windows were donated to the church by Julia Dulion Lopez (1857-1918) in memory of her late husband in early 1906. The windows were built by Reis and Reis of Munich, Germany and installed by Frederick Thornley of New York. [4]

St. Mary's Basilica – officially The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary – is a church of the Diocese of Phoenix located at 231 North 3rd Street at the corner of East Monroe Street in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. It was previously known as St. Mary's Church. It was built from 1902 to 1914 in a combination of the Mission Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival styles, and was dedicated in 1915. It replaced an earlier adobe church built in 1881 when the parish was founded. From 1895 the parish was staffed by the Franciscan Friars, but it is currently staffed and operated by clergy of the Diocese of Phoenix. The current church was elevated to a minor basilica by Pope John Paul II in 1985.

The Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church is a Catholic church of the Archdiocese of Detroit located at 13770 Gratiot Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. It is commonly known as the Assumption Grotto Church. Nativity of Mary, Blessed Virgin Catholic Church is a historic church located at 2833 Farm to Market Road 2672 in High Hill, Texas. The church, which was built in 1906, was designed by prominent Texas church architect Leo M.J. Dielmann. Dielmann designed the red brick church in the Gothic Revival style. The interior of the church was painted by Ferdinand Stockert and Hermann Kern in 1912. The pair painted designs on canvas and affixed them to the church walls, resulting in decorations which resemble wallpaper. The designs were drawn freehand and include symbols such as angels, crosses with crowns, Stars of David, and bunches of grapes. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

The Beezer Brothers were American architects active from the late 19th-century to the Great Depression. They were twins, who practiced together in western Pennsylvania before moving to Seattle, Washington in 1907 to participate in the city's rapid growth brought on by the Klondike Gold Rush. Best known for the many Catholic churches they designed, they also worked on domestic residences and municipal buildings. Their work on the west coast, while concentrated in Seattle, can be found from Los Angeles to San Francisco to Alaska, and inland to Montana. At least one church and two buildings are individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and several other buildings are contributing properties to several different National Historic Districts.
