The Dominate World Tour (stylized as dominATE) is the upcoming third world tour and fourth overall concert tour by South Korean boy band Stray Kids in support of their ninth Korean-language extended play Ate (2024). The tour will began at KSPO Dome, Seoul, South Korea on August 24, 2024, and scheduled to travel in Asia, Australia, Latin America, North America, and Europe.

Background

Stray Kids uploaded the video "Step Out 2024" to their social media on January 1, 2024, outlining their accomplishments in 2023 and plans for the next year, including world tour. [1] In May, during Stray Kids and American fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger interview at the 2024 Met Gala, Hilfiger accidentally revealed that the group will go on a 40-city tour. [2] Later, they confirmed the tour during appearance at Good Morning America a few days later. [3] The world tour, titled Dominate, was formally announced on July 8, alongside the first Asia and Australia leg shows from August 2024 to January 2025, as well as teasing the upcoming shows in Latin America, North America, and Europe. [4] According to their label JYP Entertainment, the tour title "Dominate" referred to "Stray Kids' unique ambition and determination as 'global top artists' who will dominate the stage." [5]

He is a former member of the boy group Stray Kids, formed through the eponymous survival show in 2017, under JYP Entertainment. He signed with 10x Entertainment in his endeavor to launch a solo career. Amidst his transition to a soloist, he faced accusations of sexual misconduct by anonymous users on social media website Twitter. He denied the allegations and an investigation found various forms of fabrication from the accusers. He released his debut mini-album The Moment: A Minor and its lead single "Ready Now" in August 2021. He is now signed under Kustomade.

Christmas EveL is a single album by South Korean boy band Stray Kids. It was released on November 29, 2021, through JYP Entertainment, and distributed by Dreamus, as part of the band's Season Song project. Marketed as a "holiday special single", it consists of four tracks, including the dual lead singles "Christmas EveL", and "Winter Falls", with a theme of "Christmas naughty boy" and a Christmas, hip hop, and pop sound. Oddinary is the sixth extended play and ninth overall recorded by South Korean boy band Stray Kids. It was released on March 18, 2022, through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records, seven months after the band's second studio album Noeasy (2021). The EP is Stray Kids' first release on Republic Records, which they signed in February 2022. A blend of "odd" and "ordinary", Oddinary represents "all of us who have something odd about ourselves" and the concept "odd things will soon become ordinary".

"Maniac" is a song recorded by the South Korean boy band Stray Kids. It was the second track released from their sixth Korean extended play (EP), Oddinary, and was its lead single on March 18, 2022, through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records. Written by Stray Kids' in-house production team 3Racha and Versachoi, "Maniac" is a trap, electropop song about "odd" people who break the "ordinary" social norms set by the world, referring to Frankenstein's monster.

The group played 42 shows across Asia, North America, and Australia. The tour began at Jamsil Arena in Seoul on April 29, 2022, and concluded at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on April 2, 2023. Maxident is the seventh Korean-language extended play and eleventh overall by South Korean boy band Stray Kids. It was released on October 7, 2022, through JYP Entertainment and Republic Records, seven months after the release of their preceding EP, Oddinary (2022). A portmanteau of "max" or "maximum" and "incident" or "accident", the EP saw the band take on a "love" concept for the first time.
