East Coolgardie was an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Western Australia from 1897 to 1901.
In 1898, the district included Kalgoorlie, Boulder, and the lucrative East Coolgardie goldfield. [1] It existed for one term of parliament, and was represented in that time by Charles Moran (the former member for Yilgarn). Moran later became the member for West Perth.

Henry Gregory was an Australian politician. He was a Ministerialist member of the Western Australian Legislative Assembly from 1897 to 1911, representing the electorates of North Coolgardie (1897-1901) and Menzies (1901-1911). He was state Minister for Mines from 1901 to 1904 under George Leake and Walter James and Minister for Mines and Railways from 1905 to 1911 under Hector Rason, Newton Moore and Frank Wilson. He rose to become Treasurer from 1910 to 1911, a role that also entailed him acting as Premier if Wilson was absent, but lost his seat at the 1911 state election.

Yilgarn-Coolgardie was an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of Western Australia from 1930 to 1950. Located in the Goldfields region, the district was an amalgamation of the former districts of Yilgarn and Coolgardie. Created for the 1930 state election, its first member was Edwin Corboy of the Labor Party, previously the member for Yilgarn. He was succeeded at the 1933 state election by George Lambert, also of the Labor Party, who had been the last member for Coolgardie. Yilgarn-Coolgardie was abolished at the 1950 state election. Incumbent member Lionel Kelly then transferred to the new seat of Merredin-Yilgarn.
Charles John Moran was an Australian politician who served in the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia from 1894 to 1901 and again from 1902 to 1905. He was a minister in the government of George Throssell.
The Shire of Boulder was a local government area in Western Australia. It was established as the East Coolgardie Road District on 15 February 1895. It was renamed the Kalgoorlie Road District on 24 September 1897. The board's offices were located at 39 Porter Street, Kalgoorlie; the building survives today and has been classified by the National Trust of Australia.
