Ferron Presbyterian Church and Cottage (also known as the American Legion Hall) is a historic Presbyterian church at Mill Road and 3rd West in Ferron, Utah.

The Gothic Revival style building was constructed in 1908 as a Presbyterian church and school by the Christian Endeavor Society. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It is now an American Legion Hall. [2]

Atkinson Hall is a historic building located at 108 West Main Street in Geneseo, Illinois. The Geneseo Collegiate Institute, a Presbyterian college preparatory school that opened in 1884, built the building in 1892 for its music department. Architect J.E. Hosford designed the building in the Romanesque Revival style. The front of the red brick building faces north and has a pyramidal tower at its corners, with the northeast tower roughly 10 feet (3.0 m) taller than the northwest one. The main entrance and many of the building's windows are arched, a key feature of Romanesque architecture. The building served the college until it closed in 1922; four years later, it became the American Legion Hall, Shearer Post #350.

First Presbyterian Church (Eutaw, Alabama) United States historic place

The First Presbyterian Church is a historic Greek Revival church building in Eutaw, Alabama. The two-story frame structure was built for the local Presbyterian congregation in 1851 by David R. Anthony. Anthony was a local contractor who constructed many of Eutaw's antebellum buildings. The congregation was organized by the Tuscaloosa Presbytery in 1824 as the Mesopotamia Presbyterian Church. John H. Gray served as the first minister from 1826 until 1836. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 16, 1974, due to its architectural and historical significance. The church is a member of the Presbyterian Church in America.

Allen had previously worked in the Boston-based partnerships Allen & Kenway (1878–91) and Allen & Vance (1896-98), which executed Lathrop House (1901) and Davison House (1902) at Vassar College. The firm was known for its Gothic Revival design work.

The Cumberland Presbyterian Church is a historic church building at 120 Washington Street in Clarendon, Arkansas. It is a modest two-story wood-frame structure with Greek Revival features. It was built in 1869 for a congregation organized in 1857. The entire town of Clarendon was destroyed during the American Civil War, and this was one of the first churches built thereafter. The congregation merged with the First Presbyterian Church in 1920, and the building was taken over by the local Masonic lodge, which used it for its own purposes as well as a community meeting center, and also the local library for a time. In 1968 it was rescued from proposed demolition and given to the local Boy Scout organization.
