Ikeleng'i (constituency)

Ikeleng'i is a constituency of the National Assembly of Zambia. [1] It covers the towns of Ikeleng'i and Kalene Hill in North-Western Province.

The constituency was established in 1973 as Mwinilunga West, and was renamed Ikeleng'i in 2011 after the establishment of Ikelenge District. [2]

Voter turnout was 82.5% in the parliamentary election, but 87.1% in the presidential election.

He is a member of the United Party for National Development (UPND). He was born on 26 May 1957 in Zambia. He holds a certificate in Law (UK), diploma in Accountancy (ZDA) and Form V.
