Jago Party is an Indian political party. It was founded in August 2007 by a group of non-political Indians and was registered with the Election Commission of India in January 2008. [1] [2]
- To make a society based on individual freedom to pursue one's happiness, so long as one does not take away freedom of others by force or fraud
- To make India a free market economy and protect its freedom-based institutions such as democracy and secularism
- To restrict role of the government only to maintenance of individual's freedom and management of public property
- To eliminate all discrimination exercised by government or individuals on the basis of religion, caste, sex, place of birth, income, ethnicity etc.
- To strive for one world government based on democracy, secularism and free market economy with one global policing and justice system
The Party has two categories of membership:
Primary membership:
Any person who is a citizen of India, has attained the age of 18, accepts the Constitution and ideology of the party, and is not a member of any other political organization can become a primary member of Jago Party. There is no membership fee on enrollment as a primary member. [6]
Active membership:
Every active member must be aged 18 or over, pay the annual membership fee of Rs.100 and actively participate in party's activities

The primary unit of the party is the district executive committee.
Jago Party contested Assembly election in Rajasthan in 2008 in 26 seats, although no candidate won the election. [7] Jago Party was ahead of all the smaller parties in most of the 26 constituencies it contested, except Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Indian National Congress and SP. Jago Party was ahead of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) in two constituencies and was fourth there among all political parties.
Jago Party contested the elections of Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha in 2013 and Lok Sabha in 2014. [8]
Gondwana Gantantra Party or GGP is a political party in India, Founded by Hira Singh Markam. It primarily works for the tribal community and its politics.
Thakur Kesari Singh Barhath was an Indian revolutionary leader, freedom fighter, and educator from the state of Rajasthan. He was the patriarch of the Barhath family, members of which participated in anti-British activities Barhath was also known as Rajasthan Kesari. He is known for dissuading Maharana Fateh Singh from attending the 1903 Delhi Durbar with Chetavani ra Chungatya, his Dingal work. Barhath founded Veer Bharat Sabha, a revolutionary organization based in Rajasthan, and co-founded Rajasthan Seva Sangh and Rajputana-Madhya Bharat Sabha. He wrote extensively about nationalism and independence, and wrote poetry in Dingal.
Hukam Chand Kachwai was a leader of Bharatiya Janata Party, Social worker, trade unionist and a former member of Lok Sabha from Madhya Pradesh. Kachwai participated in Satyagraha and jailed for two months. To fulfill the demamnds of the workers of Shri Gopal Paper Mills, Kachwai went on 28 days hunger strike and again jailed for 57 days. Kachwai was jailed several times in the connections with politicals movements and remained detained for 19 months during Emergency in India.
Anju Bala is an Indian politician who has been a Member of Lok Sabha for the Misrikh constituency since the 2014 Indian general election. Bala entered active politics in 2010 and was elected the Block Pramukh (president) of Mallawan. Three years later, she joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and was elected to the Lok Sabha the following year. She is a postgraduate in Hindi and Sanskrit. Her husband Krishna Kumar Singh is a former legislator in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. In February 2022 she was expelled from Bharatiya Janata Party.
Ashok Katariya is an Indian politician from the state of Uttar Pradesh and member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council and he has served as Transport Minister with Independent Charge and Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs in the Government of Uttar Pradesh till March 2022.
Ram Prasad Chaudhary is an Indian politician and a member of the 9th Lok Sabha, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh. He represents the Kaptanganj constituency of Uttar Pradesh and is a member of the Samajwadi Party. He earlier also served as Minister of State in Mayawati cabinet (1997), Minister of Textile and silk industry in Kalyan Singh government (1997) and Minister of Food and Civil Supplies in Mayawati cabinet (2007–2012).
Chaudhary Rakesh Singh Chaturvedi is an Indian politician of the Indian National Congress party from Madhya Pradesh. Hailing from the Chambal region, he has been a four-time Member of Legislative Assembly of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the Bhind constituency since 1990. Previously, he had served the 13th Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly as the deputy leader of the opposition and as the leader of the opposition. Prior to that, he was a minister in Chief Minister Digvijaya Singh's cabinet between 1998 and 2003.
Balwan Poonia is an Indian politician and farmer activist from Bhadra, Rajasthan. He is also an elected member of the 15th Rajasthan Legislative Assembly representing Bhadra constituency as a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist).

Veer Singh Patel is an Indian politician and former MLA representing the Chitrakoot constituency in Uttar Pradesh as a Samajwadi Party member from 2012 to 2017. He is the son of dacoit Dadua who was killed in 2007.
The 2023 Rajasthan Legislative Assembly election is scheduled to be held in or before December 2023 to elect all 200 members of the state's Legislative Assembly.
Krishna Kumar Singh was an Indian politician. He was a member of Bharatiya Janata Party and a member of the BJP State Executive. He was a member of the Bihar Legislative Council from 2014–2020.
The Bhagidari Parivartan Morcha is a Political Alliance of All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, Jan Adhikar Party of Babu Singh Kushwaha, Rashtriya Parivartan Morcha of Waman Meshram, Bahujan Mukti Party, Bhartiya Vanchit Samaj Party and Janata Kranti Party for 2022 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly election. Morcha had promised Two Chief Ministers and Three Deputy Chief Ministers if they come to power. Morcha decided to support Candidates of Peace Party of India in February 2022.
Thakur Zorawar Singh Barhath was an Indian revolutionary and independence activist. He is known for the assassination attempt on the Viceroy of India, Lord Hardinge by throwing a bomb on him during the procession in New Delhi. He is also called "Chandra Shekhar Azad of Rajasthan".
Sanjay Nishad is an Indian politician serving as a cabinet minister in the Second Yogi Adityanath ministry. He has been a member of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Council since 2021. As a member of the Nishad caste, he founded the NISHAD Party in 2016.

Akash Saxena, is an Indian politician. He represents the Rampur Assembly constituency of Uttar Pradesh, India. He won the assembly Rampur by-election in December 2022, defeating Samajwadi Party candidate Asim Raza by more than 33,000 votes.
Sulochana Rawat is an Indian politician who is serving as Member of 15th Madhya Pradesh Assembly from Jobat Assembly constituency. In 2021 by poll election in India, she won with the margin of 6,104 votes. On 3 October 2021, she left Indian National Congress and joined Bharatiya Janata Party along with her son.

He has served as Professor of Journalism at both the University of Rajasthan's Centre for Mass Communication and Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass Communication.
