American singer-songwriter JoJo has released six studio albums, two mixtapes, two extended plays (EP), two re-recordings, twenty-one singles (including five as a featured artist), fifteen promotional singles, and 34 music videos (including four unreleased). After JoJo competed on the television show America's Most Talented Kids she signed a seven-album record deal with Blackground Records in 2003 and released her debut album the following year at the age of 13.
In the United States, JoJo was released on June 22, 2004; which peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200, while charting into the top 40 on several other music markets. It was later certified platinum in the United States and has sold 1.3 million copies in the US. [1] The album's lead single, "Leave (Get Out)", peaked at number twelve on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was later certified gold. The single peaked at number one on Billboard Mainstream Top 40 for five weeks making JoJo, at age 13, the youngest solo artist to ever have a number-one single on that chart. [1] Internationally, the single charted within the top five in the UK and nine other countries. The album's second single "Baby It's You" featuring Bow Wow peaked at number 22 on the US Billboard Hot 100, while the album's final single "Not That Kinda Girl" was released internationally only. JoJo sold three million copies worldwide to date.
JoJo released her second studio album, The High Road , on October 17, 2006. The album peaked at number three on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold in the United States and has sold 538,000 copies. [2] The album's lead single, "Too Little Too Late", became a top five hit on the Billboard Hot 100. The song broke Mariah Carey's record for the biggest jump into the top three entry on the chart when it moved from number 66 to number three. [1] "Too Little Too Late" also reached the top ten in the UK and nine other countries. The album also generated the singles "How to Touch a Girl" and "Anything", the latter reached the top 40 of the UK Singles Chart for three weeks and charted on the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 at number 38. The High Road sold three million copies worldwide.
Record label disputes prevented JoJo from commercially releasing her third studio album, with All I Want Is Everything (2009) and Jumping Trains (2011) remaining unreleased, along with several others unnamed. [3] JoJo's first mixtape, Can't Take That Away from Me , was released on September 7, 2010. It was preceded by the single "In The Dark". [4] Standalone singles "Disaster" and "Demonstrate" were released during the interim. [5] JoJo's second mixtape, Agápē , was released on December 20, 2012, and produced three singles, "We Get By", "André" and "Thinking Out Loud". [6] [7] Following her contractual release from Blackground, JoJo signed with Atlantic Records in December 2013 and released her extended play #LoveJo which included cover songs of Atlantic-affiliated artists Anita Baker and Phil Collins. JoJo's second EP III. was released on August 21, 2015, which produced the singles "When Love Hurts", "Say Love" and "Save My Soul". Her third EP #LoveJo2 was released on December 18, 2015.
JoJo's third studio album, Mad Love. was released on October 14, 2016, ten years after her last commercially released album and peaked at number six on the Billboard 200. The album's lead single, "Fuck Apologies", featuring Wiz Khalifa became a moderate success, charting on the U.S. Billboard Pop Digital Songs chart, peaking at number 40. It became JoJo's first charting single in the UK since 2007's "Anything" peaking at number 104 on the singles chart and number 18 on the UK R&B Singles Chart. "FAB." featuring Remy Ma served as the album's second single. On December 21, 2018, JoJo released re-recorded versions of JoJo and The High Road after the originals were removed from online platforms due to legal issues. [8] JoJo's fourth studio album Good to Know was released on May 1, 2020. Her fifth studio album and first holiday album December Baby was released on October 30, 2020. JoJo's sixth studio album Trying Not to Think About It was released on October 1, 2021. To date, she has sold more than six million albums worldwide. [9]

Her self-titled debut album in 1990 yielded four number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100, the first being "Vision of Love", a song credited with revolutionizing the usage of distinguished vocal stylings, predominantly the practice of melisma, and effectively influencing virtually every female R&B performer since the 1990s. American singer Ciara has released seven studio albums, one extended play, one DVD, one promotional single, 55 singles and 28 music videos, including seven as a featured artist. She made her debut in 2004 with her debut album Goodies which debuted at three in the US and charted within the top 40 in several international markets. The album's title track peaked at number-one in the United States for seven weeks and gave the singer the title of "The First Lady of Crunk&B", while singles "1, 2 Step" and "Oh" reached the top three in the US. All three singles reached the top 10 in many international markets, with "Goodies" topping charts in the UK. Gaga made her debut in August 2008 with the studio album The Fame, which peaked at number two in the United States, where it was subsequently certified triple Platinum, while topping the charts in Austria, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Kesha had sold over 100 million records worldwide, including 87 million tracks and streams as of 2017 and 14 million album equivalent units as of 2019. She is also among the highest-certified artists in the United States by the Recording Industry Association of America, with total record certifications of over 75 million in the country.
Trinidadian rapper Nicki Minaj has released five studio albums, one compilation album, three mixtapes, 136 singles, and 20 promotional singles. After becoming involved with dancing, music and acting in high school in New York City, she eventually pursued her passion for rapping. Minaj was discovered by American rapper Lil Wayne and signed to Young Money Entertainment—a subdivision of Cash Money Records with distribution through Republic Records—in 2009. Her first solo single, "Your Love", peaked at number 14 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart, an achievement that made Minaj the first female artist to top the chart as a solo artist since 2002. Minaj's next three singles, "Check It Out", "Right Thru Me" and "Moment 4 Life", all peaked within the top 40 on the Hot 100. Her debut studio album, Pink Friday, was released in November 2010, topping the US Billboard 200 and has since been certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). American singer Tinashe has released seven studio albums, four mixtapes, two extended plays and fifty-eight singles, including twenty-seven as a featured artist. Tinashe's debut album, Aquarius, was released in 2014. The lead single from the album was "2 On" and featured rapper ScHoolboy Q. "2 On" peaked at 24 on the Billboard Hot 100, topped the US rhythmic chart and was certified platinum in the US by the RIAA and in Australia by the ARIA. In September 2015, Tinashe announced the tentative title of her second album, Joyride. Following delays in the album's release, Tinashe released the digital album Nightride in 2016. On January 18, 2018, Tinashe released the lead single from 2018 album Joyride, titled "No Drama" featuring Offset. Two more singles, "Faded Love" featuring Future and "Me So Bad" featuring Ty Dolla Sign and French Montana preceded the album.
The discography of American singer Kehlani consists of four studio albums, four mixtapes, and 70 singles. Kehlani released their debut commercial mixtape, Cloud 19, exclusively on August 26, 2014, and released it on streaming services on its seven-year anniversary in 2021. They released their second commercial mixtape, You Should Be Here, on April 28, 2015, which reached number 36 on the Billboard 200. On January 27, 2017, Kehlani released their debut studio album, SweetSexySavage, which reached number three on the Billboard 200. Ella Mai Howell is an English R&B singer-songwriter. Her musical career began at London's British and Irish Modern Music Institute in 2014, during which time she auditioned as part of a trio on the 11th season of The X Factor. In 2015, she released her debut four-track solo extended play (EP), Troubled in October of that year. The EP and her performances on social media were discovered by American record producer DJ Mustard, who signed Mai to his record label 10 Summers Records, an imprint of Interscope Records.

According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), she has sold 100 million equivalent units in the United States across albums, singles, and mixtapes, making her the 6th best-selling female digital artist in the country. Her debut album Invasion of Privacy was the best selling female rap album of the 2010s according to The Recording Academy. It also became the most streamed female rap album on Spotify history. According to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), "Girls Like You" was the 5th best-selling single of 2018 worldwide, selling 11.9 million units that year alone.
XXXTentacion was an American rapper who released four studio albums, one compilation album, two mixtapes, four collaborative mixtapes, ten extended plays and 29 singles. As of June 2018, he sold more than 25 million album-equivalent units in the United States. XXXTentacion was awarded for sales of over 20 million records by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). As of October 2020, he has sold more than 75 million records in the United States.

American rapper Megan Thee Stallion has released three studio albums, one reissue, one compilation album, three mixtapes, three extended plays, 60 singles, and six promotional singles. In her early career, Megan Thee Stallion released the non-commercial, SoundCloud-exclusive mixtapes Rich Ratchet (2016) and Megan Mix (2017). She made her official solo debut by commercially releasing her first professional EP, Make It Hot, on September 18, 2017, which was followed by her second EP Tina Snow on June 8, 2018.
