The Julian-Drew Building is a historic building in Tucson, Arizona. It was built in 1937 by A.C. Rosewell for businessmen William Armine Julian and W. E. Drew. [2] Tenants included a car dealership called the Tucson Overland Company and a hotel called the Lewis Hotel. [2] The building has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 29, 1996. [1]

Tiger Hotel United States historic place

The Tiger Hotel is a hotel in Columbia, Missouri. Built in 1928, the building later housed a retirement home and banquet center. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. In 2012, the building was fully restored and reopened as a boutique hotel. Buena Vista Hotel (Safford, Arizona) United States historic place

The historic Buena Vista Hotel in Safford, Arizona was built in 1928 at cost of $80,000. The 2-story, 46-room hotel was built by Fred and Minta Waughtal, who owned the nearby Olive Hotel, and opened Oct. 15, 1929. It featured swimming pool and two bars; the Tap Room, and the Matador Room, which both featured live music and entertainment, including jazz and country and western music. The hotel closed in 1979 and was damaged in a fire. The building was demolished in 1994.

William F. Curlett and Alexander Edward Curlett were a father-and-son pair of architects. They worked together as partners under the name of William Curlett and Son, Architects from c. 1908–1916. Aleck Curlett partnered with Claud Beelman as Curlett & Beelman (1919-1932).

Arizona Inn United States historic place

The Arizona Inn is a hotel in Tucson, Arizona. It was built in 1930–31 by Isabella Greenway, who became Arizona's first female representative to the U.S. Congress in 1932. The Spanish Colonial Revival main building was designed by Tucson architect Merritt Starkweather. The entire 14-acre (5.7 ha) complex comprises 25 structures, of which 21 contribute to the historic district. The buildings are pink stuccoed masonry structures with blue details, arranged in landscaped gardens with more pink stucco walls. The gardens were designed by landscape architect James Oliphant. Small structures surround the gardens, which are mainly landscaped with native Arizona plants.

The Arizona Hotel is a historic two-story building in Tucson, Arizona. It was built in 1917 for Luke G. Radulovich, an investor. Wells Fargo used to have a branch on the first floor. In the 1970s, the hotel was frequented by prostitutes.
