There are two library buildings in North London called Kilburn Library. One is in the London Borough of Camden and located in the Kilburn High Road, NW6, and the other is in the London Borough of Brent and located in Salusbury Road. NW6.

Camden's Kilburn Library was first located in Priory Road, NW6, as a temporary arrangement. It operated from October 1894 until 31 December 1901. [1] In 1902 it relocated to Cotleigh Road, NW6, and remained there for a little over a hundred years. Its current layout comprises mezzanine with children's, family and learning facilities, quiet reading lounge, computers with free internet and wifi, book, CD and DVD lending making it an essential library service and gateway to other Council services to the local community. It is also home to the Kilburn Youth Centre.

Swiss Cottage is an area of Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden, England. It is centred on the junction of Avenue Road and Finchley Road and includes Swiss Cottage tube station. Swiss Cottage lies 3.25 miles (5.23 km) north-northwest of Charing Cross. The area was named after a public house in the centre of it, known as "Ye Olde Swiss Cottage".

West Hampstead is an area in the London Borough of Camden in north-west London. Mainly defined by the railway stations of the same name, it is situated between Childs Hill to the north, Frognal and Hampstead to the north-east, Swiss Cottage to the east, South Hampstead to the south-east, Kilburn to the west and south-west, and Cricklewood to the north-west. West End Lane is a street in inner north-west London, England that runs for about one mile between Kilburn High Road to the south and Finchley Road to the north. Located in the London Borough of Camden, and the NW6 postal district, the street winds through West Hampstead with a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The three West Hampstead stations are all located on the road at the centre of the district of that name. In the north-east it today becomes Frognal Lane, although this stretch was once included as part of West End Lane. It also marks the western boundary of South Hampstead. It is not connected to the West End of Central London, which is around three miles to the south-east.

Shir Hayim was a Reform Jewish synagogue and congregation in West Hampstead in the London Borough of Camden. It was established in 1975 and was known as Hampstead Reform Jewish Community until 1988. From about 1986, its services – on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings – were held at Hashomer House, 37a Broadhurst Gardens, West Hampstead, London NW6. Rabbi Larry Tabick was its first congregational rabbi and its last.

South Kilburn is a large housing estate in Kilburn, in the London Borough of Brent. Typical of brutalist 1960s designs of public housing in the United Kingdom, it is characterised by high-density housing in low-rise flats and 11 concrete tower blocks. It was approved in 1959 and extended in 1963. This scheme was further developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s; redevelopment occurred during the 2010s. The population is predominantly Afro-Caribbean and Pashtun.
