A subsidiary of Coach USA, the company had been a family-owned business for over 50 years until it was sold in 1999 to the Stagecoach Group, who retained Stephen Van Galder as president under the Coach USA banner. It is one of several Chinatown bus lines and is now the operator of buses along the East Coast of the United States for Flixbus. All buses feature the Flixbus green and yellow livery, with a notation near the door that the buses are operated by Eastern.

The Gateway Multimodal Transportation Center, also known as Gateway Station, is a rail and bus terminal station in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Opened in 2008 and operating 24 hours a day, it serves Amtrak trains and Greyhound and Burlington Trailways interstate buses. Missouri's largest rail transportation station, it is located one block east of St. Louis Union Station.

Vermont Translines is an intercity bus company founded by its parent company, charter bus company Premier Coach, in 2013. The bus company mainly serves the US Route 7 and US Route 4 corridors in the New England state of Vermont. Aided by $400,000 in annual federal grant money disbursed by the Vermont Agency of Transportation, the company also utilizes Greyhound's ticketing system and connects with other Greyhound bus routes, primarily in Burlington, Albany and White River Junction. Service on two routes between Burlington, Vermont and Albany, New York and between Rutland, Vermont and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire officially began June 9, 2014, with intermediate stops at towns and cities between. The restart of intercity bus service for places like Rutland marked the first time some places along the current routes had seen any intercity bus service at all since Greyhound left Rutland in 2008, and in towns like Bennington since 2005.

FlixBus is a German brand that offers intercity bus service in Europe, North America, and Brazil, with plans to launch in Chile in 2023 and India in 2024. It is owned by Flix SE, which also operates Flixtrain, FlixCar, Kâmil Koç and Greyhound Lines. Flixbus operates buses or, in many cases, just handles marketing, pricing, and customer service for a commission, on behalf of bus operators on the list of FlixBus bus partners.

Martz Group is a bus company headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, operating intercity commuter buses, charter buses, and tours. The company operates Martz Trailways, which is a part of the Trailways Transportation System. Martz Trailways provides intercity commuter bus service from the Wyoming Valley cities of Wilkes-Barre and Scranton and the Pocono Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania to New York City and Philadelphia. The company runs buses connecting Northeastern Pennsylvania to the casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey and Wind Creek Bethlehem. Martz Group operates the Gold Line commuter service and Gray Line sightseeing service in Washington, D.C., and the First Class Coach Company Trailways serving Tampa and St. Petersburg in Florida.
