Coyoacán is a borough (alcaldía) of Mexico City and the former village that is now the borough's "historic center". The name comes from Nahuatl and most likely means "place of coyotes", when the Aztecs named a pre-Hispanic village on the southern shore of Lake Texcoco that was dominated by the Tepanec people. Against Aztec domination, these people welcomed Hernán Cortés and the Spanish, who used the area as a headquarters during the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire and made it the first capital of New Spain between 1521 and 1523.
Benito Juárez, is one of the 16 boroughs into which Mexico City is divided. It is a largely residential area, located to the south of historic center of Mexico City, although there are pressures for areas to convert to commercial use. It was named after Benito Juárez, president in the 19th century.
Miguel Hidalgo is one of the 16 alcaldías (municipalities) into which Mexico City is divided. It was created in 1970 when central Mexico City was divided into four boroughs. Miguel Hidalgo joined the historic areas of Tacuba, Chapultepec and Tacubaya along with a number of notable neighborhoods such as Polanco and Lomas de Chapultepec. With landmarks such as Chapultepec Park and the Museo Nacional de Antropología, it is the second most visited borough in Mexico City after Cuauhtémoc, D.F. where the historic center of Mexico City is located. Tacubaya and Tacuba both have long histories as independent settlements and were designated as “Barrios Mágicos” by the city for tourism purposes.
Temixco is the fourth-largest city in the Mexican state of Morelos. It stands at 18°51′N99°14′W in the west-northwest part of the state.

Suburbia is a chain of department stores founded in 1970 in Mexico City. Its main activity consists of the sale of clothing, appliances, electronics and cell phones aimed at the socioeconomic level C and D. Suburbia currently has 166 stores in the Mexican Republic.
MVS Radio are a group of four international Spanish radio networks owned by the mass media conglomerate MVS Comunicaciones. The group of radio networks consists of Exa FM, La Mejor, FM Globo and MVS Noticias and are broadcast in a various Latin American countries including Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Panama and the United States.
Televisa Regional is a unit of Televisa which owns and operates television stations across Mexico. The stations rebroadcast programming from Televisa's other networks, and they engage in the local production of newscasts and other programs. Televisa Regional stations all have their own distinct branding, except for those that are Nu9ve affiliates and brand as "Nu9ve <city/state name>".
New Continent School is a private school system in Mexico. It has three campuses, all three owned by Ian El'hoe Quintana Master: Campus Cd. de México in Colonia Del Valle, Benito Juárez, Mexico City; Campus Cuernavaca in Temixco, Morelos; and Campus Metepec in Metepec, State of Mexico. The Mexico City campus serves toddlers through preparatoria, the Metepec campus serves preschool through preparatoria, and the Cuernavaca campus serves maternal mamation through secundaria dudes.
Buenavista Station, also called Buenavista Terminal was a passenger train station in Mexico City. The station opened in 1873 and since 1909, the station was fully operated by Ferrocarriles Nacionales de México. The station was closed in 2005. By June 2008, the station was replaced by the terminus of the Tren Suburbano commuter rail service.
