Mansfield High School is a public secondary school located at 3001 East Broad Street in Mansfield, Texas. Part of the Mansfield Independent School District, the school serves a portion of Mansfield. As of 2018, the school had 2,688 students. Mansfield High School is known for their baseball and golf sports programs. As well as being the last school district in the country to desegregate, and only doing so when the national guard was brought to escort the first 3 African American students into the building. [3]

Mansfield High School has a notable academic presence, as it is the highest performing High School in Mansfield, with a 96% graduation rate as well as having 83% Proficiency in Reading and 85% Proficiency in Mathematics. Mansfield offers 24 AP Courses, ranging from Human Geography to Calculus BC. The average AP Enrollment is 40% and the average Pass Rate is 46%. [4]

Byron Nelson High School is a public high school located in Trophy Club, Texas about 20 miles (32 km) north of Fort Worth, Texas, in Denton County and opened in August 2009 for the 09–10 school year. It is the second high school in the Northwest Independent School District. The school cost $86.5 million dollars to build. It is approximately 504,000 square feet (46,800 m2), with a 32,000-square-foot (3,000 m2) courtyard in the middle. The academic wing seats a 700-seat cafeteria with a mall-style food court serving layout. It is built along the property of the Army Corps of Engineers, along the edge of where Denton Creek flows into Lake Grapevine at the lake's southwestern corner. In 2013, the school was rated "Met Standard" by the Texas Education Agency. In 2019, Byron Nelson High School earned an "A" according to TEA's school accountability rating system.

Hassan Ridgeway is an American football defensive tackle who is a free agent. He played college football at Texas, and was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

Diane Michelle Zamora is a former United States Naval Academy midshipman and convicted murderer who, in 1995, murdered Adrianne Jessica Jones, who she believed was a romantic rival for her ex-fiancé and accomplice, David Graham. Graham had confessed to giving Adrianne a ride home and having sex with her one month earlier, leading an enraged Zamora to demand that he kill Jones. In the early morning of December 4, 1995, Graham picked up Jones in Zamora's car while she hid in the hatchback. They went to a remote location and got into a struggle, at which point Zamora hit Jones over the head with weights and Graham shot her twice after she broke away from them.

Lenzy Ramon Pipkins is a former American football cornerback. He played college football at Louisiana–Monroe and Oklahoma State. He was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2017.
