New York City Hall is the seat of New York City government, located at the center of City Hall Park in the Civic Center area of Lower Manhattan, between Broadway, Park Row, and Chambers Street. Constructed from 1803 to 1812, the building is the oldest city hall in the United States that still houses its original governmental functions, such as the office of the Mayor of New York City and the chambers of the New York City Council. While the Mayor's Office is in the building, the staff of thirteen municipal agencies under mayoral control are located in the nearby Manhattan Municipal Building, one of the largest government buildings in the world, with many others housed in various buildings in the immediate vicinity.
West Frankfort City Hall, located at 108 N. Emma St., is the former city hall of West Frankfort, Illinois. The city hall was built in 1921 to serve the city, which had no city hall up until that time. West Frankfort was first settled in 1895, when the Frankfort railway station was built 1.5 miles (2.4 km) west of Frankfort; the original city of Frankfort merged into West Frankfort in 1923. The city hall is a two-story brick building which was built by contractor S. M. Wilson at a cost of $35,000. It was used as the city hall through 1979, when a new City Hall was constructed; the building is now used for meetings of the West Frankfort Civic Center Authority.

The Azusa Civic Center is the center of city government in Azusa, California, a city located to the northeast of Los Angeles. The Mission/Spanish Revival buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
The Greenwich Avenue Historic District is a historic district representing the commercial and civic historical development of the downtown area of the town of Greenwich, Connecticut. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on August 31, 1989. Included in the district is the Greenwich Municipal Center Historic District, which was listed on the National Register the year before for the classical revival style municipal buildings in the core of Downtown. Most of the commercial buildings in the district fall into three broad styles, reflecting the period in which they were built: Italianate, Georgian Revival, and Commercial style. The district is linear and runs north–south along the entire length of Greenwich Avenue, the main thoroughfare of Downtown Greenwich, between U.S. Route 1 and the New Haven Line railroad tracks.
Eno Memorial Hall is a historic civic building at 754 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury, Connecticut. Built in 1932, it served historically as a courthouse, as a city hall, as an auditorium, and as government offices. It was designed by Roy D. Bassette, and was given to the town by Antoinette Eno Wood, who was descended from some of the town's early settlers. It presently serves as the town's senior center. The hall was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
Ellsworth City Hall is the seat of local government in Ellsworth, Maine. Built in 1934-35 after a devastating fire destroyed the old city hall and part of the business district, it is a municipal building with Georgian Revival features unusual for Maine. The building was designed by Philadelphia architect Edmund Gilchrist, and is reflective of that area. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
The Old City Hall, now the Fairbanks Distilling Company, is a historic civic building at 410 Cushman Street in Fairbanks, Alaska. It is a two-story Art Deco structure, built out of reinforced concrete in 1935 as a fireproof alternative to the city's previous city hall. The building is roughly T-shaped, with quoining patterns incised in the corners and bands of decoration on a parapet level. The building was originally built to house city offices as well as police and fire stations; the entrances to the fire equipment bays on Cushman Street have been filled in with wood framing and siding. The building was enlarged by extensions to the rear twice, once before 1950, and once after the 1967 floods. The city moved its offices to the adjacent Main School in 1994; the building then housed the Fairbanks Community Museum until it was acquired by Fairbanks Distilling Company in July 2014.
The Calais Historic District encompasses a city block of 19th-century commercial buildings in the center of Calais, Maine. The district, developed after a fire devastated the area in 1870, contains a cohesive concentration of brick Italianate architecture. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
The former Wadena Fire and City Hall is a historic government building in Wadena, Minnesota, United States, built in 1912. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 for having local significance in the theme of politics/government. It was nominated for being a representative example of early-20th-century civic development and of the municipal buildings common to many small Minnesotan cities. The building now houses a chiropractic clinic.
The State Center Commercial Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located in State Center, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002. At the time of its nomination it contained 36 resources, which included 31 contributing buildings, two contributing structures, and three non-contributing buildings. The historic district covers the town's central business district. State Center is located at the highest point in Marshall County, midway between Marshalltown and Nevada. The town was established by the Cedar Rapids & Missouri Railroad on 80 acres (32 ha) of land in 1863. It was initially named "Centre Station," but William Barnes, the first railroad agent, changed the town's name to "State Centre."
Columbus City Hall is the city hall of Columbus, Ohio, in the city's downtown Civic Center. It contains the offices of the city's mayor, auditor, and treasurer, and the offices and chambers of Columbus City Council. It replaced offices in the Central Market building as well as a former permanent city hall. The new city hall was built during a period of extensive construction of a civic center along the city's riverfront, including the building of the American Insurance Union Citadel, now known as the LeVeque Tower, directly to the east across Front Street.
The Dearborn City Hall Complex is a complex of three government buildings located at 13615 Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, Michigan. The complex includes the 1921 Dearborn City Hall, the 1929 Police and Municipal Courts Building, and an office/auditorium concourse addition constructed in 1981. The complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
Memorial Building, also known as Dyersville City Hall, is a historic building located in Dyersville, Iowa, United States. When this structure was completed in 1929 it housed the following functions: police department, fire department, municipal offices, post office, library, community hall, and gymnasium. It replaced the 1893 city hall at the same location that housed all those functions except the library and gymnasium. Its function as a veteran's memorial was overseen by the American Legion, which also was initially located here. The Legion, fire station and post office have subsequently relocated to other facilities. The previous city hall had been damaged in a fire in 1928. The Waterloo, Iowa architectural firm of Ralston and Ralston designed the two-story brick Colonial Revival style building to replace it. Raymond Klass of Louisburg, Wisconsin was the contractor who built the new structure. The building was completed on December 12, 1929 for just over $40,000. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
The Broad Street Green Historic District encompasses the historic late-19th century town center of Windsor, Connecticut. It is centered around the Broad Street Green, a public park extending on the east side of Broad Street between Union and Batchelder Streets, and includes a diversity of architecture spanning much of the town's long history. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
The 1908 Clovis City Hall and Fire Station at 308 Pile St. in Clovis in Curry County, New Mexico was the first city hall and fire station in the city; it served in that role from 1908 until 1929, and later served as an auto repair shop then as a hotel. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
The Clovis Central Fire Station at 320 Mitchell St. in Clovis, Curry County, New Mexico is an Early Commercial-style building that was built in 1929 and reflected confidence in the city's prospects at the beginning of the Great Depression. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
The Pine Island City Hall and Fire Station, at Main and 3rd Streets in Pine Island, Minnesota, also known as the Pine Island City Hall, was built in 1909. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
The Columbus Civic Center is a civic center, a collection of government buildings, museums, and open park space in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The site is located along the Scioto Mile recreation area and historically was directly on the banks of the Scioto River.
