Prince's Cricket Ground in Chelsea, London was a cricket ground, created by the brothers George and James Prince as part of the Prince's Club, on which 37 first-class matches were played between 1872 and 1878. The ground was built on in 1883. The boundaries of the site, laid out on the former Cattleugh's nursery gardens, are marked by Cadogan Square West, Milner Street, Lennox Gardens Mews, Walton Street and Pont Street.
Rectory Field is a sports ground in Blackheath in the Royal Borough of Greenwich in south-east London. It was developed in the 1880s by Blackheath Cricket, Football and Lawn Tennis Company and became the home ground of rugby union team Blackheath F.C. between 1883 and 2016. The ground has hosted international rugby matches and at one time, along with the Richmond Athletic Ground, it was the unofficial home of the England national rugby union team before the development of Twickenham Stadium. The ground was also used for first-class and List A cricket by Kent County Cricket Club between 1887 and 1972.

The first recorded match on the ground was in 1829, when Oxford University played Cambridge University in the grounds first first-class match. From 1829 to 1880, the ground hosted 69 first-class matches, with the final first-class match to that point coming against the Gentlemen of England. 32 years after first-class cricket had last been played at the ground, the University played the touring South Africans in what was to be the last first-class match played at the ground.

E. Tredcroft's Ground was a cricket ground at the Warnham Court estate, located at Horsham, Sussex. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1851, when the Gentlemen of Sussex played the Gentlemen of Surrey. Edward Tredcroft, after whom the ground is named, was part of the Gentlemen of Sussex team. The first first-class match held at the ground came in 1853 when Sussex played the Marylebone Cricket Club. Sussex played two further first-class matches at the ground; in 1854 and 1855, with both matches coming against the Marylebone Cricket Club. The 1855 fixture was the final recorded match on the ground. A woodland was later planted inside the boundary of the ground.

HDG Leveson-Gower's XI returned to the Priory toplay first-class matches in 1934, where they played 3 further matches from 1934 to 1936, playing their final first-class match there against Oxford University.

Thornton who had organised occasional teams to play on the Orleans Club Ground at Orleans Road, Twickenham, both the club and ground taking the name of the address.
