Pine Grove is a borough in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of the 2020 census, the borough population was 2,054.
The First Coconut Grove Schoolhouse is a historic school located in Coconut Grove, Florida. The school originally resided at 2916 Grand Avenue in Miami. The structure was built in 1887 by Coconut Grove pioneer Charles Peacock. Peacock reportedly constructed the house using wood gathered from ships wrecked in nearby Key Biscayne. The building originally served as a community gathering place, with Sunday School as its main purpose.
District School No. 9, sometimes referred to as the Old Stone Schoolhouse, is located on NY 17A 1.4 mile (2.3 km) south of Goshen, New York. One of the first schools in the county, it remained in use for well over a century, possibly two. It is believed to be both the oldest and longest-used one-room schoolhouse in the United States.

Schooley's Mountain Historic District is a historic district along Schooley's Mountain, Pleasant Grove, and Flocktown Roads, and Heath Lane in the Schooley's Mountain section of Washington Township, Morris County, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 14, 1991 for its significance in architecture, entertainment/recreation, and health/medicine. The district includes 71 contributing buildings, such as the Oak Cottage, site of schoolhouse No. 5, Schooley's Mountain Store, the William W. Marsh House, Christadelphian Bible Camp, the former Heath House Hotel, former Forest Grove Hydropathic Institute, Mine Hill Farm, the Marsh Mine and several private residences and commercial buildings.

The High Tops School, also known as Schoolhouse No. 9, is a historic school building at the corner of Reynolds and River roads in Westmoreland, New Hampshire. Built in 1789 and remodeled in 1846, it is one of a small number of district schoolhouses in the region to survive demolition or adaptation to residential use. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984, and the New Hampshire State Register of Historic Places in 2007. It is now owned by the Westmoreland Park Hill Meeting House and Historical Society.
Pine Grove Rosenwald School, also known as Pine Grove Colored School, is a historic Rosenwald school building located at St. Andrews, Richland County, South Carolina. It was built in 1923, and is a one-story, rectangular gable-front frame building. Its layout is a variant of the two-room schoolhouse and features large banks of tall narrow windows.
The Liberty Schoolhouse, also known as the Mt. Grove School, is a historic schoolhouse in a remote part of Ozark-St. Francis National Forest in Logan County, Arkansas. It is east of Corley, Arkansas, near the junction of Valentine Spring and Copper Spring Roads. It is a single-story vernacular wood-frame structure, with a gabled roof, weatherboard siding, and a foundation of concrete block piers. It was built in 1897, and was used by the community as both a school and church. It served as a school until 1944, and also hosted civic meetings and social events.
The North Grove School is a historic one-room schoolhouse located at 26745 Brickville Road northwest of Sycamore, Illinois. Swedish immigrants built the school in 1878; while it was originally a Lutheran school, it became part of the DeKalb County public school system two years later. The school served area students in the first through eighth grades until 1952, when it closed during a wave of school consolidations. After its closure, the school building was briefly used by the local Community Club. It is the only one-room schoolhouse in DeKalb County that is at its original site and has not been significantly altered.
The Jicarilla Schoolhouse, in Jicarilla, New Mexico on New Mexico State Road 349 in Lincoln National Forest, was built in 1907. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
A two-room schoolhouse is a larger version of the one-room schoolhouse, with many of the same characteristics, providing the facility for primary and secondary education in a small community or rural area. While providing the same function as a contemporary primary school or secondary school building, a small multi-room school house is more similar to a one-room schoolhouse, both being architecturally very simple structures. While once very common in rural areas of many countries, one and two-room schools have largely been replaced although some are still operating. Having a second classroom allowed for two teachers to operate at the school, serving a larger number of schoolchildren and/or more grade levels. Architecturally, they could be slightly more complex, but were still usually very simple. In some areas, a two-room school indicated the village or town was more prosperous.
The Cedar Grove School is a historic one-room schoolhouse located at 4216 County Route 516 in Old Bridge Township of Middlesex County, New Jersey. Built in 1885, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on October 24, 1976 for its significance in education and community history. Since 1964, the building has been the Thomas Warne Museum, run by the Madison–Old Bridge Township Historical Society.
Linwood Borough School No. 1, also known as the Leedsville Schoolhouse, is a former one-room schoolhouse built in 1873 and located at 16 West Poplar Avenue in the city of Linwood in Atlantic County, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 20, 1984 for its significance in architecture and education. The Linwood Historical Society now uses the building as a museum.
Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church is a historic building located in Chatham, Iowa, United States. The building's significance is associated with its architecture. The design of the wood frame structure is more reminiscent of a schoolhouse than a church building. There are no church buildings similar in style in the area. F. W. Chapman, of Waterloo, Iowa was responsible for the carpentry work, Tabor Construction Company poured the foundation, and Menzel, also of Waterloo, installed the windows. The windows incorporate the pointed Gothic arch. The building was constructed for $2,910.35.
