Downtown Paterson is the main commercial district of Paterson, Passaic County, New Jersey, United States. The area is the oldest part of the city, along the banks of the Passaic River and its Great Falls. It is roughly bounded by Interstate 80, Garret Mountain Reservation, Route 19, Oliver Street, and Spruce Street on the south; the Passaic River, West Broadway, Cliff Street, North 3rd Street, Haledon Avenue, and the borough of Prospect Park on the west; and the Passaic River also to the north.

The U.S. Post Office and Courthouse–Great Falls, also known as Great Falls Post Office and Courthouse, in Great Falls, Montana, is a three-story building constructed in 1912. It was expanded by a two-story addition in 1937 and further expanded in 1967–68.
The Old Eagle Tavern is a historic building located at 431, 433 South Broad Street at the corner of Ferry Street in Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey. The building was built in 1765 by Robert Waln. The building operated as a tavern and hotel from 1765 to 1896. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 3, 1972 for its architectural, commercial, and political significance. The building is also a contributing property of the Trenton Ferry Historic District, which was listed on June 26, 2013.
The Green Shutter Hotel is a historic hotel building located in downtown Hayward in Alameda County, California, United States. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, and is on the California Register of Historical Resources.

The YMCA Hotel is a historic former hotel located in the Loop community area of Chicago, Illinois. The hotel, which was designed by Robert C. Berlin and James Gamble Rogers, opened in 1916. Originally marketed by YMCA as a cheap residence for young, single men, the hotel began marketing to a wider clientele when the Great Depression created a demand for inexpensive lodging. The hotel's status and customers declined with the surrounding neighborhood, and it closed in 1979; it reopened as an apartment building in 1985. The hotel was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 30, 1989.
Snowville Historic District is a national historic district located at Snowville, Pulaski County, Virginia. It encompasses 44 contributing buildings in the village of Snowville. It includes a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings dated as early as the 1850s. Notable buildings include the Snowville Milling Complex (1856-1857), Elmore House, Snow-Bullard House, "Humility," Snowville school (1880s), Masonic temple (1865), Reese Blacksmith Shop, and the store and village post office. Located in the district is the separately listed Snowville Christian Church.
The Hotel President, also known as the Park Towers Apartments, is an historic building located in downtown Waterloo, Iowa, United States. The building was completed in 1929, and it opened as a "showcase hotel." In 1948, Paul "Pinkie" George and five other wrestling promoters from the Midwest founded the National Wrestling Alliance in the hotel. The manager of the hotel at the time was Lark Gable, the grandfather of Olympic gold medal winner Dan Gable. Various companies owned and operated the hotel until it was acquired in 1968 by Elders Inc., a nonprofit group of churches. They converted the building into subsidized housing. It was bought by local developers Brent Dahlstrom and Jim Sulentic in 2011 and they sold it to Huntley Witmer Development of Los Angeles. Huntley Witmer spent $12 million in 2015 renovating the building that continues to house 84 units of federally subsidized housing. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.
The Grand Union Hotel is a historic hotel in Fort Benton, Montana. It was built as a luxury hotel prior to the expansion of the railroads to Helena and Great Falls. Construction began in 1881, and it was completed in 1882; the builders included Frank Coombs, W. G. Jones, and others. An inaugural ball was held in 1882, and the hotel celebrated its 125th year in 2007.
The Elmore County Courthouse is a historic building in Mountain Home, Idaho, and the courthouse of Elmore County, Idaho. It was built in 1916 by C. E. Johnson with sandstone from Boise, and it was designed in the Classical Revival style by Wayland and Fennel. The construction was completed 17 years after the establishment of Elmore County. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since September 22, 1987.
The Hotel on Phillips is a hotel at 100 N. Phillips Ave. in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. It is located in the former Sioux Falls National Bank building, a skyscraper built in 1917, during World War I. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 as "Sioux Falls National Bank Building". The property has also been known as the 100 North Phillips Building.
