The district contains seven contributing buildings, one contributing site, and one contributing structures. It includes the Burns family farmhouse dating to 1833, 1 1⁄2-story frame stable, three-level dairy barn, a gable-roofed frame schoolhouse, and smaller outbuildings.
The John Coumbe Farmstead, also known as Tippesaukee Farm, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places originally in 1992. Its 9.2-acre (3.7 ha) area included five contributing buildings. The listing area was increased and the listing was renamed Tippesaukee Farm Rural Historic District in 1996. The increase was a 193.5-acre (78.3 ha) area including three contributing sites.

The district includes three contributing buildings, one contributing site, and two contributing structures. It includes a Greek Revival style farmhouse built about 1853. Also included is a milk house, auto garage, fire pond, and 19th-century family burial plot.
The Dorough Round Barn and Farm near Hickory Level, Georgia in Villa Rica, Georgia is a 196-acre (79 ha) property that includes a round barn built in 1917. The barn is actually 14-sided, which approximates round. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. The listing included five contributing buildings and another contributing structure.
Harlinsdale Farm is a 198-acre (80 ha) historic district in Franklin, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. It dates from c.1900 and had other significant dates in 1935 and 1945.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015. At the time of its nomination it consisted of three resources, which included one contributing building, one contributing site, and one non-contributing building.
The Markham Farmstead near Conde, South Dakota was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is located at the junction of Spink County's County Roads 4 and 7. It has also been known as B.C. Evans Farm.
