Roque Bluffs is a town in Washington County, Maine, United States. The population was 296 at the 2020 census. [2] The town is home to Roque Bluffs State Park.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 19.53 square miles (50.58 km2), of which 10.39 square miles (26.91 km2) is land and 9.14 square miles (23.67 km2) is water. [1]

As of the census [4] of 2010, there were 303 people, 139 households, and 91 families living in the town. The population density was 29.2 inhabitants per square mile (11.3/km2). There were 273 housing units at an average density of 26.3 per square mile (10.2/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 98.3% White, 0.7% African American, 0.7% Native American, and 0.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.3% of the population.
There were 139 households, of which 20.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.3% were married couples living together, 4.3% had a female householder with no husband present, 2.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 34.5% were non-families. 28.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.18 and the average family size was 2.55.
The median age in the town was 51.7 years. 17.8% of residents were under the age of 18; 2.4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 17.2% were from 25 to 44; 40.3% were from 45 to 64; and 22.4% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the town was 50.2% male and 49.8% female.
