Grand Cane United Methodist Church is a frame Gothic Revival historic church located at 8446 US 171 in Grand Cane, Louisiana. Built in 1888, the church had a three-story tower with an octagonal spire. The tower was modified in 1959, brought to single story and the spire replaced by a pitched roof. In 1990–91, in an effort to restore the original appearance, the tower was replaced with a copy of the previous one, based on photographs.
St. John's Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at Springfield Crossroads near Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1907, and is a one-story, frame church building sheathed in weatherboard in the Gothic Revival style. It sits on a raised brick foundation, has a steeply pitched gable roof, lancet windows, and features a two-story bell tower with steeple. The property also includes the church hall, which was originally constructed at the Civilian Conservation Corps Camp near Georgetown. It was moved to the property in 1949, and subsequently renovated. Adjacent to the church is the church cemetery, with burials dating to 1853.

The church was designed by architect Alexander McMillan Welch and built in 1897. It is a two-story, Shingle style church on a raised basement. It has a cross-gable roof topped by a small cupola, a rose window on the front facade, and features a pronounced bell tower with an open belfry and balconies. The interior is based on the Akron Plan. The church has an attached Sunday School wing with a hipped roof. Also on the property is the contributing two-story, Queen Anne style frame parsonage.

It was built in 1887, and is a one-story, cruciform plan, Victorian Gothic style brick building with a steeply pitched gable roof. A basement was added in 1923. It features a square bell tower, Gothic arched windows, decorative stone bands, and terra cotta accents.
