It is historically significant as west-central Ohio's only example of Greek Revival architecture with distyle in antis construction, in which two columns are located in the opening between pilasters.

It was a small, frame chapel sheathed in clapboard and measuring 35 feet by 30 feet. It featured a portico supported by a Victorian style bracket. It was the oldest Presbyterian church building in Southern Delaware. The congregation was abolished in October 1921.

First Presbyterian Church, also known as First United Presbyterian Church, Templar Lodge No. 514, and the West Bend Historical Museum, is a historic building located in West Bend, Iowa, United States. The first recorded Protestant services in town were led by a Presbyterian minister, the Rev. David S. McComb in 1851. First Presbyterian Church was chartered on December 23, 1883 with 11 members. The Rev. Harvey S. Dickey served as their first pastor. They initially worshiped in homes until they built this church building in 1889. An addition was constructed onto the rear of the building in 1915 as the congregation grew. They continued to worship here until 1972 when lack of numbers forced them to dissolve. Templar Lodge No.514 took over the building at that point and used it until December 14, 1977. The West Bend Historical Society acquired the building and used it for a museum from 1981 until 2007.

The German Methodist Episcopal Church, also known as St. Paul's German Methodist Episcopal Church, is a historic church building in Burlington, Iowa, United States. The German Methodist Episcopal Church was organized in Burlington in 1845. It was the second of eight German congregations established in the city of various denominations. The Reverend Sebastian Barth, the first pastor, initially held services in a small frame house, and then in the basement of another church. The first permanent home for the congregation was a small brick church that was built in 1848. This structure was built from 1868 to 1869. It is a Victorian Gothic structure with Romanesque elements. The stone for the exterior was quarried from the site where the church was built.
St. John's Lutheran Church, also known as Evangelical St. John's German Lutheran Church, was a complex of historic buildings located north of Kalona, Iowa, United States. This Lutheran congregation was organized in 1870 by German immigrants who settled in southern Johnson County in the 1860s. It began as a mission under the direction of the Rev. J. Hoerlin, Sr., and it was formally incorporated in 1875. The simple frame church building was completed that same year. It rested on a concrete block foundation, from 1917, and featured three round-arch windows on the side walls and a fanlight over the main entrance. When the Rev. H. Hertle came as the first resident pastor in 1878 a two-story frame parsonage was built next to the church. Behind the church and parsonage sat an outhouse and a catechetical room that was used for children's religious instruction. Services in English were begun in 1905 because the younger members no longer spoke German.
