The United States Post Office is a historic post office building located at Lockport in Niagara County, New York. It was designed and built 1902–1904, and is one of a number of post offices in New York State designed by the Office of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury Department, James Knox Taylor. It is a three-story brick and limestone structure in the Beaux-Arts style. The United States District Court for the Western District of New York met here from 1904 until 1916.

In 1992, it was renamed by the United States Congress in honor of Frank Minis Johnson, who had served as both a district court judge and a court of appeals judge. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2015.

The massive, asymmetrical, 2+1⁄2-story main block (1888) includes a 3-story tower at the southwest corner, a 2+1⁄2-story stair tower, and two massive Richardsonian Romanesque–style entrances.

Transferred to the city of Greenville in 1938, it served as Greenville city hall. It was listed in the National Register of Historic Places on August 19, 1971, and was removed in 1973 after its demolition.
