The 2007 Formula Renault 3.5 Series was the third Formula Renault 3.5 Series season. began on 14 April 2007 in Monza, Italy and finished in Barcelona, Spain on 28 October 2007 after 17 races.

Regulation Changes

Technical

New to the Formula Renault 3.5 Series for the 2007 season was a 'push to pass' system, similar to the one that was used in the Champ Car World Series. In a bid to promote more overtaking, drivers were now able to boost their power for up to 60 seconds per race.

The cars also featured modifications to the gearbox, shock absorbers, rear anti-roll bar and steering system. [1]

International DracoRacing driver Bertrand Baguette won the championship by a comfortable margin, having dominated the second half of the season. His team won their respective championship, ahead of Carlin Motorsport.

The 2010 GP2 Series season was the forty-fourth season of the second-tier of Formula One feeder championship and also sixth season under the GP2 Series moniker. The season began on 8 May at the Circuit de Catalunya in Montmeló, Spain and ended on 14 November at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates after 20 races held at ten meetings.

The 2010 Formula BMW Europe season was the third and final season of the Formula BMW Europe championship. The championship began on 8 May at Barcelona and finished on 12 September at Monza. The series was axed at the end of the season, in favour of a new Formula BMW Talent Cup starting in 2011.

The 2010 Formula Renault 2.0 UK Championship was the 22nd British Formula Renault Championship. The season began at Thruxton on 3 April and ended on 10 October at Brands Hatch, after twenty rounds held in England, and for the first time since 2006, Scotland. Making its debut in the series in 2010 was the new-specification car, designed by Barazi-Epsilon, replacing the Tatuus chassis that had been in the series since 2000.
