The 35th GLAAD Media Awards was the 2024 annual presentation of the GLAAD Media Awards by GLAAD honoring 2023 films, television shows, video games, musicians and works of journalism that fairly, accurately and inclusively represent the LGBT community and issues relevant to the community. As in previous years, the awards was presented in two groups at two separate ceremonies. For this awards edition, the first took place on March 14, 2024, in Beverly Hills, California, while the second took place on May 11, 2024, in New York City. [4] [5] Special recognition will be given to Renaissance: A Film by Beyonce, The Dads, Enamorándonos, Drag Latina and Wendy, perdida pero famosa. [6]
The eligibility period for the 35th GLAAD Media Awards ran from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. [6] All nominees are listed below, [7] [8] and the winners are listed in bold. [9] [10]

Scholars have stated that LGBTQ characters on streaming services, such as Netflix, "made more displays of affection" than on broadcast networks.
Heartstopper is a British coming-of-age romantic comedy-drama television series created by Alice Oseman for Netflix. It is based on Oseman's webcomic and graphic novel of the same name. The series primarily tells the story of Charlie Spring, a gay schoolboy who falls in love with classmate Nick Nelson, whom he sits next to in his new form.
