Ginter Park is a suburban neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia built on land owned and developed by Lewis Ginter. The neighborhood's first well known resident was newspaperman Joseph Bryan, who lived in Laburnum, first built in 1883 and later rebuilt. In 1895, many acres of land north of Richmond were purchased by Ginter in order to develop into neighborhoods. Ginter Park and other neighborhoods were developed from this initial land purchase. In Ginter Park are Union Presbyterian Seminary and as well as Pollard Park.

Bellevue High School in Bellevue, Kentucky, United States, is a public high school serving grades 6–12. It is a part of the Bellevue Independent School District. The student body consists of students in grades 6–12. Enrollment is approximately 400 students. The superintendent in 2019 is Robb Smith, the principal is Scott Spicher and the assistant principal is Staci Paff.
Kingscote is a Gothic Revival mansion and house museum at Bowery Street and Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island, designed by Richard Upjohn and built in 1839. As one of the first summer "cottages" constructed in Newport, it is now a National Historic Landmark. It was remodeled and extended by George Champlin Mason and later by Stanford White. It was owned by the King family from 1864 until 1972, when it was given to the Preservation Society of Newport County.

The Jackson County Courthouse, also known as Old Jackson County Courthouse or Bellevue Elementary School, is a historic building and former courthouse for Jackson County, Iowa, United States. It is located in Bellevue and was built in the vernacular Greek Revival style in 1845. It currently serves as a portion of Bellevue Elementary School, the oldest functioning school in the state of Iowa.

The Bellevue Avenue/Casino Historic District encompasses a one-block section of Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island. Although Bellevue Avenue is best known for the large number of Gilded Age mansions which line it, especially further south, this block is a coherent collection of commercial buildings at the northern end of the mansion row. It is anchored around the Newport Casino, now the International Tennis Hall of Fame, and includes three other buildings on the east side of Bellevue Avenue between Memorial Boulevard and East Bowery Street.

The Bellevue Avenue Colored School is located at 81 Bellevue Avenue in the city of Trenton in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. The building was built in 1883 and added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 2, 1997, for its significance in education and Black history. It is now used as a Masonic lodge by King David Lodge No. 15 Free & Accepted Masons.

Brook Hill Farm and Bellevue are also listed separately on the National Register of Historic Places.
The South Marengo Historic District is a residential historic district located along South Marengo Avenue in Pasadena, California. The district consists of twelve Craftsman-style bungalows situated on the two blocks between Bellevue Drive and California Boulevard. The homes were built from 1901 to 1916, at the height of the bungalow's popularity in Pasadena. Several prominent local architects designed the homes, including Louis B. Easton, planner of the homes at 530 and 540 South Marengo; Easton's work was featured in Gustav Stickley's magazine The Craftsman. Marengo Avenue was considered an upscale district of Pasadena at the time, partly due to its well-designed homes and partly due to the pepper trees planted along the street.
Bellevue-Newman's Field-Gracelynn Terrace Historic District, previously the Bellevue Historic District, also known as Cottontown, is a national historic district located at Columbia, South Carolina. The district encompasses 177 contributing buildings in a planned suburban residential development. They were built between the early 20th century and 1945, and the district includes examples of Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival, and Craftsman/Bungalow style architecture.
The Bellevue Herald Building is a historic commercial building located in Bellevue, Iowa, United States. It is one of over 217 limestone structures in Jackson County from the mid-19th century, of which 20 are commercial buildings. The lower two floors were built around 1855 with limestone, and the third floor was a frame addition from 1905. The stone blocks that were used in its construction vary somewhat in shape and size, and they were laid in courses. The lintels and watertable are dressed stone. The second floor is three bays wide with a door in the center bay that opens onto an iron balcony. There is an oriel window on the third floor, and an Italianate metal cornice with brackets caps the main facade. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
The Colman Automotive Building is a building located at 401 E. Pine Street in Seattle, Washington. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
John K. Dow (1861-1961) was an American architect. He designed the NRHP-listed Coolidge–Rising House, the NRHP-listed Grace Baptist Church, and the NRHP-listed Empire State Building. With Loren L. Rand, he designed the NRHP-listed Bump Block-Bellevue House-Hawthorne Hotel. With Clarence Z. Hubbell, he designed the NRHP-listed Hutton Building. They also designed Van Doren Hall and the Veterinary Science Building on the campus of Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.
