The Lovingston Historic District is a national historic district located in Lovingston, Virginia, USA. It is a 224.8-acre (0.910 km2) historic district which includes the entirety of the 1809 and 1823 plats as well as the continued growth through the early-to-mid-20th-century. The cohesive village contains a diverse collection of building types and architectural styles that reflect the town's growth and development as the seat of Nelson County from its inception to the present. It consists of 105 properties with 176 total resources, including the Nelson County Courthouse listed separately on the National Register of Historic Places, forty-nine single dwellings, twenty-four commercial structures, six multiple dwellings, twenty-five sheds, three churches, five tavern/hotels, eleven offices, a theater, a cooper shop, a packing shed, a post office, a bank, a cemetery and two statues.
Cartersville Historic District is a national historic district located at Cartersville, Cumberland County, Virginia. It encompasses 51 contributing buildings and 2 contributing sites in the village of Cartersville. Most of the buildings date to the turn of the 20th century, with a number of late-18th- and 19th-century dwellings and former taverns, two churches, a few commercial buildings, a post office, and a former school. It includes 1,284 contributing buildings, three contributing structures, five contributing objects and four contributing sites. It includes work by architect D. Wiley Anderson. The predominantly residential area contains a significant collection of late-19th and early-20th century, brick and frame dwellings that display an eclectic mixture of Late Victorian, Queen Anne, and Colonial Revival styles.
Euclid Avenue Historic District is a national historic district located at Bristol, Virginia. The district encompasses 573 contributing buildings and 3 contributing structures in a predominantly residential area of Bristol. The neighborhood developed in the late-19th and early-20th centuries, and contains primarily one- to two-story frame and brick dwellings constructed from 1890 through the 1940s. Notable buildings include the William G. Lindsey House, Euclid Avenue Baptist Church (1928), R.C. Horner House (1930), architect Clarence B. Kearfott House, James Cecil House, and the dwelling at 611 Arlington Avenue, which is the only example of a Lustron house known to exist in Bristol. The Virginia High School (1914) is separately listed.

Notable buildings include Mountain View, Wolfs Crag, Rosebank, Markham School (1918), the 1819 stone Upper Goose Creek Church, and the former Markham Freight Station.
Melrose, also known as Melrose Castle, is a historic home located near Casanova, Fauquier County, Virginia. The house was built between 1856 and 1860, and is a two-story, five bay,"L"-shaped Gothic Revival style dwelling. It features a three-story-octagonal tower in the center bay and castellation along the parapet. The house was enlarged considerably around 1920 through a large addition to the west end for expanded service areas.

Ben Dover, also known as Ben Dover Farm, is a historic home and plantation complex, recognized as a national historic district, located near Manakin-Sabot in Goochland County, Virginia, United States. The district encompasses 13 contributing buildings, 8 contributing sites, and 10 contributing structures. The main dwelling was built in 1853 as a villa or the Big House of the plantation, in an Italianate style. When renovated in 1930, it was transformed when given a Colonial Revival facade to mask decades of deterioration and poor patchwork.
The Dover Slave Quarter Complex is a set of five historic structures located on Brookview Farm near Manakin-Sabot, Goochland County, Virginia. They were built as one-story, two-unit, brick structures with steep gable roofs for housing African slaves. The houses are arranged in a wide arc, measuring 360 feet in length. The center dwelling had a frame second-story added and its brick walls covered by siding when it was converted to an overseer's house. It has a recent rear addition.
Paeonian Springs Historic District is a national historic district located at Paeonian Springs, Loudoun County, Virginia. It is primarily residential, but also includes several former commercial buildings, two former boardinghouses, a former school and private academy, the former water bottling plant, as well as the former public springhouse and spring site. The majority of the dwellings range in date from about 1880 to 1910. Notable buildings include Chanbourne, Buckhill III, Vanderventer Inn, Shiflett House, and the former Spinks Mercantile.

Carlton is a historic home located at Falmouth, Stafford County, Virginia. It was built about 1785, and is a two-story, five bay, Georgian style frame dwelling. It has a hipped roof, interior end chimneys, and a front porch added about 1900. The house measures approximately 48 feet by 26 feet. Also on the property are the contributing frame kitchen partially converted to a garage, frame dairy, and brick meat house.

The West Franklin Street Historic District is a national historic district located at Richmond, Virginia. It is located along the northern boundary of the Fan district. The district encompasses 71 contributing buildings built between about 1870 and the 1920. It was originally developed as a primarily residential district with buildings in a variety of popular late-19th and early-20th century architectural styles including Greek Revival, Romanesque, Georgian Revival, Queen Anne, and Italianate. Many of the dwellings have been converted to commercial use. In addition, the district's private houses have been converted into multi-family housing and departmental offices for Virginia Commonwealth University. Notable buildings include Franklin Terrace, the Ritter-Hickock House, First Independent Church, Founder's Hall, the Raleigh Building, The Greyston Apartments, Gresham Court Apartments, and the Beth Ahabah Congregation Hall and Synagogue.
