The first series of China's Got Talent , also known as Head & Shoulders China's Got Talent for sponsor reasons, premiered on DragonTV on July 25, 2010. The premiere ratings drew 400 million viewers.[ citation needed ]Dongfang Daily reported that with an 8 percent audience share in Shanghai while in 26 other provinces got a 1.37 percent share. [1] The second episode increased 100 million viewers from the premiere which makes it 500 million viewers who watched. This makes China's Got Talent the most viewers in the Got Talent franchise history.[ citation needed ]

Auditions

The auditions for the first series of China's Got Talent were pre-selected by the producers of the show from preliminary auditions. The auditions were held in Shanghai Concert Hall from July 25 to September 5. In China's version of Got Talent franchise, judges pressing 'X' does not always mean that they do not like the contestant's performance. It is a way to stop the performance as judges has heard enough and are satisfied.

Semifinals

The semifinals began on September 12, 2010.

Rules

A media jury are involved. After jury's vote are all counted, each of three judges has a chance of giving 10 votes to one contestant. The contestant who gets the most votes advances to the final. Another final contestant will be decided between 2nd and 3rd place by judge's choice.

Two most popular contestants eliminated in semifinals can advance via online ballots after all 3 semifinals are broadcast.

Therefore, the final chart will be filled with two winners from each semifinal and two popular contestants.

Voting starts on September 27 and ends on October 3. Among 18 contestants eliminated in Semifinals, two can advance to the Final via popular votes. [11]

Final

Final was broadcast on 10 October and Liu Wei was the winner. Also a finale concert including Britain's Got Talent's contestants: Paul Potts, [12] [13] [14] Escala, [15] Diversity, [16] and Signature [17] and America's Got Talent contestant Recycled Percussion. [18]

Final standing was decided by SMS votes started from 4 Oct and ended with the live broadcast. However, details about total votes or percentages have not been released yet.

The fourth series of China's Got Talent, sponsored by Head & Shoulders, premiered on DragonTV on November 18, 2012.

Chinese Dream Show is a Chinese reality talent show that premiered on 2 April 2011 on the Zhejiang Television network. Program recording was done in Hangzhou. This show is now airing at 21:10(UTC+8) every Friday on Zhejiang Television network.

"Undo" is a song by Swedish singer Sanna Nielsen. The track was written and composed by Fredrik Kempe, David Kreuger, Hamed "K-One" Pirouzpanah. The Rap of China, formerly known as, is a Chinese rap competition show produced by iQiyi. The show was carried out in the form of three groups of producers Kris Wu, Will Pan, MC HotDog and Chang Chen-yue judging the performance of the participating students, and received great attention. In the end, after fierce competition among players and difficult choices of producers, China's hip-hop first season produced two annual championships, GAI (musician) and PG ONE.

Sun Mengya is a Chinese sprint canoeist. She won the gold medal with her teammate Xu Shixiao in women's C-2 500 metres at 2020 Summer Olympics In Tokyo on 7 August 2021.

I Can I BB is an online debate variety show in China. It was produced by IQIYI and MEWE. The first season was released in 2014. In total, there are seven seasons until 2021. The show host is Ma Dong. Many famous people in different fields in China were invited to the show. These guests could be an economist,a businessman, or a talk show performer, etc. I Can I BB reached 780 million viewers in its fourth season. It is one of the most popular shows in China, especially on social media such as the Chinese TikTok.

Sun Rui is a Chinese singer, dancer, and actress. Sun started her career as a member of idol girl group SNH48, of which she was a member from 2013 to 2021.
