The Colorado Building is a historic commercial building located at 401-411 North Main Street in Downtown Pueblo, Colorado, USA. The building was built in 1925 for the Southern Colorado Investment Company, and was designed by the William N. Bowman Co. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 17, 1992.

It is a four-story building with tapestry brick, predominantly dark red, on its facades. It has vertical divisions of windows set off by columns of off-white brick. It has eight of these divisions on its Main Street facade, and 16 vertical divisions on its 4th Street facade. It has rectangular white panels, outlined in red, under each window on its second, third, and fourth floors, which were to hold 160 office rooms. It has a parapet and it has a terra cotta frieze just below its cornice. [2]

Marycrest College Historic District is located on a bluff overlooking the West End of Davenport, Iowa, United States. The district encompasses the campus of Marycrest College, which was a small, private collegiate institution. The school became Teikyo Marycrest University and finally Marycrest International University after affiliating with a private educational consortium during the 1990s. The school closed in 2002 because of financial shortcomings. The campus has been listed on the Davenport Register of Historic Properties and on the National Register of Historic Places since 2004. At the time of its nomination, the historic district consisted of 13 resources, including six contributing buildings and five non-contributing buildings. Two of the buildings were already individually listed on the National Register.

Andover Town Hall United States historic place

Andover Town Hall is the historic town hall of Andover, Massachusetts. It is located at 20 Main Street, between Park and Barnard Streets. The 2-1/2 story Romanesque Revival red brick building was constructed in 1858, not long after the separation of North Andover. It was designed by Boston architect Theodore Voelkers and built by local builders Abbott & Clement. The building design echoed that of the mills that dotted the town. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Musgrove Block is a historic commercial building at 2 Main Street in the center of Andover, Massachusetts. The three story brick building was built in 1895 on the site of a former town green, and forms part of Andover's central Elm Square intersection. The building exhibits Romanesque Revival styling, featuring granite trim elements and ornate brick detailing. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Reading Municipal Building United States historic place

The former Reading Municipal Building is a historic building at 49 Pleasant Street in Reading, Massachusetts. Built in 1885, this two-story brick building was the town's first municipal structure, housing the town offices, jail, and fire station. In 1918 all functions except fire services moved out of the building. It now serves as Reading's Pleasant Street Senior Center. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Dr. David J. Loring Residence and Clinic United States historic place

The Loring Residence and Clinic was the first facility built to provide medical services to Valparaiso, Indiana. The residence has continued to provide for public service through its current use by the Valparaiso Woman's Club. Dr. Loring used his home as his medical office until his death in 1914. It was Loring's initial efforts that brought medical care to the county and provided for the first hospital. Although private, it became the county's first public hospital when Loring sold the building in 1906 to build his home and clinic.

St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church is a church located at the corner of Baldwin Avenue and St. Paul Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. The church address is 1515 Baldwin Street; ancillary buildings are located at 1491 Baldwin Street (Rectory) and 1480 Townsend Street. The complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Engine Company 2 Fire Station United States historic place

The Engine Company 2 Fire Station is a firehouse at the corner of Main and Belden streets in Hartford, Connecticut, United States. It is a brick structure built in the early 20th century, the second firehouse built for the company. Architect Russell Barker, who designed many public buildings in the city, used the Italian Renaissance Revival style, unusual for a firehouse. The front facade boasts intricate brickwork. It is one of two remaining firehouses in the city originally designed to accommodate both men and horses. In 1989, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places along with several other city firehouses. It continues to serve its original function, housing Engine Company 2 of the Hartford Fire Department.

The Red Onion Restaurant opened in 1892 in Aspen, Colorado

The Red Onion is a restaurant located on East Cooper Avenue in Aspen, Colorado, United States. It is the oldest restaurant in the city, housed in a three-story red brick Italianate building dating to the late 19th century. In 1987 it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as "New Brick–The Brick Saloon", along with other historic properties in the city.

Federal Building (Laconia, New Hampshire) United States historic place

The former Federal Building in Laconia, New Hampshire, is located at 719 Main Street. It is a two-story brick Classical Revival structure designed by Louis A. Simon and built 1939-40. Originally built to house the offices of the White Mountain National Forest, it now houses a regional social services agency. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Mt. Pisgah Lutheran Church United States historic place

Mount Pisgah Lutheran Church, also known in its early years as the First Lutheran Church and First English Lutheran Church and more recently as The Sanctuary on Penn, is located at 701 North Pennsylvania Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The historic church was built by the city's first Lutheran congregation, which organized in 1837, and was its third house of worship. The former church, whose present-day name is The Sanctuary on Penn, is operated as a for-profit event venue.
