Cunningham House

The Cunningham House, built c.1850, was listed by Windsor's town council as a Windsor historical landmark. [3] :?? It is the oldest known structure in Windsor. It is located at 9225 Foxwood Dr. ( 38°33′09″N122°48′39″W / 38.552392°N 122.810816°W / 38.552392; -122.810816 (Cunningham House) ).

Hembree House

The Hembree House was built in 1931. It was listed by the town council, too. [3] :9–10 It has also been called “Mattapan”, an Indian word meaning “I sit down” according to family members. It is located at 9225 Foxwood Dr. ( 38°33′10″N122°48′38″W / 38.552721°N 122.810604°W / 38.552721; -122.810604 (Hembree House) ).

The Central Avenue Corridor is a significant stretch of north-south Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The building at 38–48 Richardson Avenue is a historic residential rowhouse in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Built c. 1912, is believed to be one of the oldest rowhouses in the town. They were built by Solon O. Richardson, Jr., on a portion of his family's estate. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.

Windsor Road Historic District United States historic place

The Windsor Road Historic District is a residential historic district just north of the village of Waban in Newton, Massachusetts. It includes 48 houses on Windsor, Kent and Hereford Roads, a cul-de-sac subdivision adjacent to the village center and the Brae Burn Country Club, which was mostly developed between 1888 and 1920. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

Rosario (estate) United States historic place

Rosario is the former estate of Seattle mayor and shipbuilder Robert Moran. Due to poor health, Moran moved to Orcas Island and between 1906 and 1909 built his estate. Wood and stone material found on the island were used to construct the estate's houses and buildings. In 1921, Moran gave a large portion of his property to the state of Washington for the creation of Moran State Park. The mansion and its grounds remain in private hands, operated as Rosario Resort and Spa. The Rosario mansion features a museum honoring Robert Moran, complete with original furnishings. The mansion's music room is home to a 1913 34-rank Aeolian pipe organ and 1900 Steinway grand piano, both of which are played for visitors. Rosario was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Polk County Homestead and Trust Company Addition Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located in Des Moines, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. At the time of its nomination the district consisted of 86 resources, including 48 contributing buildings, 11 contributing structures, 18 non-contributing buildings, and nine non-contributing structures. The end of the 19th-century saw the rise of the Victorian suburbs around Des Moines. This was a period of economic growth for the metropolitan area. The largest of these suburbs was North Des Moines. It was connected to Des Moines by way of three streetcar lines, whiched added to its attractiveness. Local real estate investors established the Polk County Homestead & Trust Co. to develop the northern portion of North Des Moines in partnership with the Prospect Park Improvement Company.
