Frobisher Bay is an inlet of the Davis Strait in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada. It is located in the southeastern corner of Baffin Island. Its length is about 230 km (140 mi) and its width varies from about 40 km (25 mi) at its outlet into the Davis Strait to roughly 20 km (12 mi) towards its inner end.
Deception Island is in the South Shetland Islands close to the Antarctic Peninsula with a large and usually "safe" natural harbor, which is occasionally affected by the underlying active volcano. This island is the caldera of an active volcano, which seriously damaged local scientific stations in 1967 and 1969. The island previously held a whaling station. It is now a tourist destination with over 15,000 visitors per year. Two research stations are operated by Argentina and Spain during the summer season. While various countries have asserted sovereignty, it is still administered under the Antarctic Treaty System.

Aristazabal Island is an island situated south west of Princess Royal Island in British Columbia, Canada. It has an area of 420 square kilometres (160 sq mi). It was named on August 30, 1792 by Lieutenant Commander Jacinto Caamaño of the Spanish corvette Aranzazu for Spanish captain Gabriel de Aristazábal, one of the most noted Spanish commanders of the time. It was misspelled "Aristizable" on a chart owned by English explorer George Vancouver.
St. Brendan's is a town in the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, situated in Shoal Cove on Cottel Island in Bonavista Bay. Other settlements on the island include Shalloway Cove, Haywards Cove, and Dock Cove. The town had a population of 125 in the Canada 2021 Census. St. Brendan's is inaccessible by road and is served by a daily ferry service from Burnside.

St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church is a parish located in the Riverdale section of The Bronx, New York. The parish was created in 1939 by Francis Spellman, then the Archbishop of New York, as the successor to the St. Gabriel's Church on East 37th Street in Manhattan, which was razed in 1937 to accommodate the construction of the Queens–Midtown Tunnel. A total of 28 lots were purchased on the south side of West 235th Street between Arlington and Netherland avenues to house the new church, school, and rectory.
Unthanksgiving Day, also known as The Indigenous Peoples Sunrise Ceremony, is an event held on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay to honor the indigenous peoples of the Americas and promote their rights. It coincides with the National Day of Mourning held in Massachusetts. The Alcatraz ceremony has been held annually since 1975 to commemorate the protest event of 1969, where the Alcatraz-Red Power Movement (ARPM) occupied the island. It is organized by the International Indian Treaty Council and American Indian Contemporary Arts.
Ash Point is a rounded low ice-free point forming the southeast side of the entrance to Discovery Bay in the northeast of Greenwich Island in the South Shetland Islands, Antarctica with an adjacent ice-free area of 201 hectares. Letelier Bank is lying off Ash Point, while Bascopé Point is situated 460 m (503 yd)to the southwest, with the 1 km (0.62 mi) wide Rojas Cove indenting for 310 m (339 yd) the coast between that point and Guesalaga Peninsula. The area was visited by early 19th century sealers.
