Emm Rock is a conspicuous rock 30 metres (100 ft) high, lying 0.5 nautical miles (1 km) off the south coast of King George Island at the east side of the entrance to Potter Cove, in the South Shetland Islands. This rock, presumably known to early sealers in the area, was sketched by the French Antarctic Expedition, 1908–10, under Jean-Baptiste Charcot, and charted by Discovery Investigations personnel on the Discovery II in 1935. The name derives from the shape of the rock, which resembles the letter M.
Fourcade Glacier is a glacier at the head of Potter Cove, Maxwell Bay, on King George Island in the South Shetland Islands. It was named by the Polish Antarctic Expedition, 1980, after Nestor H. Fourcade of the Instituto Antartico Argentino, who made detailed geological investigations of Potter Cove and Fildes Peninsula in several seasons, 1957–58 to 1960–61.

The election was held concurrently with the 2018 United States midterm elections. On Election Day, November 6, Bryan earned 38.08% of the vote, with Mapp coming in second with 33.45%. Since no candidate received a majority of the general election vote, as required by the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, a runoff was held 14 days later between Albert Bryan Jr. and Incumbent Governor Kenneth Mapp, the top two vote-getters. On November 20, 2018, Democrat Albert Bryan Jr. won the runoff with 54.5% of the vote.

Brandon Potter is an American politician who is state representative in the Rhode Island House of Representatives for the 16th district. In the 2020 election, Potter primaried incumbent representative Christopher Millea, a close ally of speaker Nicholas Mattiello, with the support of the Working Families Party, winning the Democratic nomination. After being unable to contact Millea, Potter was motivated to run for office when his girlfriend was removed from a kidney transplant waiting list, and the Herb Chambers car dealership he was working at was shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Potter proceeded to defeat Republican Maryann Lancia in the general election by a margin of 585 votes. He was endorsed by Bernie Sanders.
