[1] [2] Welch and Sullivan are from Oklahoma City, and previously co-hosted the Bravo series Sweet Home Oklahoma from 2016 to 2019. History

Jennifer Welch and Angie "Pumps" Sullivan met through their children, who were each other's first best friend. The mothers bonded over marital struggles and initially disagreed on politics and religion. [4] Welch is a longtime Democrat and atheist, whereas Sullivan is a former Republican and Christian who moved away from those views in recent years. [4] Welch and Sullivan cohosted the Bravo series Sweet Home Oklahoma from 2016 to 2019. The pair launched I've Had It in October 2022. [5] [4]

I've Had It has interviewed left-wing figures in US politics such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Kamala Harris, Barack Obama, Hasan Piker, Elizabeth Warren, New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, and Bernie Sanders. [4] [6] Welch and Sullivan have criticized political figures who accept funding from AIPAC, a pro-Israel lobby group. [7]

By 2025, Welch scaled down her job as interior designer and Sullivan had left her job as a divorce attorney in order to focus on the podcast. [4] Welch has frequently appeared on TV news and commentary shows. She moved to an apartment in New York City in October 2025 after her children had graduated from high school, with Sullivan planning to follow by the end of the year. [4]

Reception

I've Had It was nominated in the Best Pop Culture and Best Emerging categories at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards. [8] It has been noted for its left-wing political views and profane language. [4]

Leftist Twitch streamer Hasan Piker called I’ve Had It “the most radical progressive podcast in North America” and the “headquarters of the actual resistance — and not the 2016-era resistance liberalism, the real resistance.” [9]
