This article is a list of streaming television films which released on Disney+ Hotstar , or just Hotstar, [lower-alpha 1] an Indian subscription video on-demand over-the-top streaming service owned by Disney Star and operated by the Disney Entertainment division of The Walt Disney Company [1] [2] since its launch as Hotstar in February 2015 by the formerly-named Star India.

Disney+ Hotstar also carries Southeast Asian original films that commissioned exclusively in their respective regions. The following Indonesian and Malaysian films were premiered direct-to-streaming under the Hotstar Originals banner due to COVID-19-related cinema closures. New local films premiered every Friday in Indonesia, with the exclusion of Sabar Ini Ujian (Sabar, It's a Test) as Indonesian launch title, along with TV series premiered at the same day, in absence of latest Indonesian films release, such as Si Juki Anak Kosan . Disney+ Hotstar was originally teased with 7 new Indonesian films, [46] but was later expanded to more than 13 local films. [47] Malaysian release will also get their local films premiered as well. [48] Some Indonesian and Malaysian films will be available to stream elsewhere (including global streaming platform such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, Catchplay+, Viu, WeTV/iflix and iQIYI; along with regional streaming platform such as Vision+, Vidio, CubMu, Mola and KlikFilm) after their first-run releases. Dil Bechara is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language coming-of-age tragedy romance film directed by Mukesh Chhabra in his directorial debut, and produced by Fox Star Studios, with a script written by Shashank Khaitan and Suprotim Sengputa. Based on John Green's 2012 novel The Fault in Our Stars and its subsequent 2014 American film adaptation, the film stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjana Sanghi as terminal cancer patients with an ensemble supporting cast, while Saif Ali Khan makes a cameo appearance. The film marks Rajput's unexpected posthumous appearance, following his death on 14 June 2020.
Bhuj: The Pride of India is a 2021 Indian Hindi-language war film directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya. Set during the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, it follows Indian Air Force Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik — then in-charge of the Bhuj Air Force Base who, with the help of 300 local women of Madhapar Village, reconstructed the damaged landing strip in 72 hours. The film features Ajay Devgn as Karnik, alongside Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Sharad Kelkar, Ammy Virk and Ihana Dhillon.
Sadak 2 is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language action thriller road film directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Fox Star Studios and Mukesh Bhatt under their banner Vishesh Films. A sequel to the 1991 film Sadak, it stars Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles with an ensemble supporting cast, while Pooja Bhatt makes a special appearance. The film marks Mahesh Bhatt's return as a director after 20 years. The film's story takes place twenty-nine years after the events of its predecessor.
Laxmii is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language horror comedy film written and directed by Raghava Lawrence, marking his directorial debut in the Hindi film industry. A remake of his own Tamil film Kanchana (2011), it stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani, while Ayesha Raza Mishra, Rajesh Sharma, Ashwini Kalsekar and Sharad Kelkar play pivotal roles. The film revolves around a man who gets possessed by the ghost of a transgender person. Kumar, also produced the film under his Cape of Good Films and Fox Star Studios, along with Tusshar Kapoor's newly launched production company, Tusshar Entertainment House and Shabinaa Entertainment. Lawrence co-wrote the script along with Farhad Samji, Sparsh Khetarpal, Tasha Bhambra, with Samji adapting the screenplay and dialogues to the Hindi version. The film was announced in January 2019, whilst the principal photography began in April 2019 and ended in March 2020.
Khuda Haafiz is a 2020 Indian Hindi-language direct-to-video action thriller film written-directed by Faruk Kabir and produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak under Panorama Studios. It stars Vidyut Jammwal and Shivaleeka Oberoi in the lead roles, alongside Annu Kapoor, Aahana Kumra and Shiv Panditt in supporting roles. Set during the 2007–2008 financial crisis, the film follows Sameer Chaudhary, who races against time to rescue his kidnapped wife Nargis from flesh traders.
JioCinema is an Indian subscription based video-on-demand and over-the-top media streaming service owned by Viacom18 a joint venture of Network18 Group and Paramount Global. It offers free advertising- and subscription-based video on demand and live streaming content. The service was initially launched on 4 May 2016 alongside the public launch of the Jio mobile carrier.

Commando is a 2023 Indian Hindi-language action thriller television series created and directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah under the banner of Sunshine Pictures Pvt Ltd. A spin-off of Commando franchise, the series features Prem Parija, Adah Sharma, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Shreya Chaudhary, Mukesh Chhabra, Ishtiyak Khan, Shaji Choudhary, Manini Chadha, Tigmanshu Dhulia and Amit Sial. It premiered on Disney+ Hotstar on 11 August 2023.
