This is a list of golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones. Robert Trent Jones, Sr. (1906–2000) was an English–American golf course architect who designed or re-designed over 500 golf courses. Listed below is a non-exhaustive selection of golf courses that are original designs by Jones, as well as re-designs of existing courses. The year next to each denotes the year the course opened for play.

Robert Trent Jones Sr. was a British–American golf course architect who designed or re-designed more than 500 golf courses in 45 U.S. states and 35 countries. In reference to this, Jones took pride in saying, "The sun never sets on a Robert Trent Jones golf course." He is often confused with the famous amateur golfer Bobby Jones with whom he worked from time to time. Jones received the 1987 Old Tom Morris Award from the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, GCSAA's highest honor. Also in 1987, he was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.

The Real Club Valderrama is one of the best known golf clubs in the world. It is located in the Mediterranean resort of Sotogrande, San Roque in the Andalusia region of southern Spain, up the coast a few miles from the Strait of Gibraltar. Valderrama has a single 18-hole course, along with a 9-hole par 3 course.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Sotogrande</span> Residential area in Andalusia, Spain

Sotogrande is the largest privately owned residential development in Andalusia, Spain. It is a gated community in the municipality of San Roque. Located 25 km northeast of Gibraltar, Sotogrande is composed of a 25-square-kilometre stretch from the Mediterranean Sea back into the foothills of Sierra Almenara, providing contrasting views of sea, hills, cork forests and green fairways, including the Rock of Gibraltar and Morocco.

Tom Doak is a golf course architect. He has 6 courses ranked among the top 100 in the world according to the "Top 100 Courses in the World" March 2021 list compiled by Golf Magazine. These include Pacific Dunes in Oregon, Ballyneal in Colorado, Barnbougle Dunes in Tasmania and Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand. Doak lives in Michigan.

Opened in 1933, the 6,115-acre (2,475 ha) Cacapon Resort State Park is located on the eastern slopes of Cacapon Mountain in Morgan County, West Virginia, USA. Panorama Overlook, at the southern end of the park and 2,320 feet (710 m) above sea level, is the highest point in the park and in Morgan County.

Bellerive Country Club is a golf country club in the central United States, located in Town and Country, Missouri, a suburb west of St. Louis. With the Old Warson, Westwood, and St. Louis country clubs, it is considered one of the "big four" old-line elite St. Louis clubs. The course has hosted three major championships: the U.S. Open in 1965, and the PGA Championship in 1992 and 2018.

Charles Blair Macdonald was a major figure in early American golf. He built the first 18-hole course in the United States, was a driving force in the founding of the United States Golf Association, won the first U.S. Amateur championship, and later built some of the most influential golf courses in the United States, to the extent that he is considered the father of American golf course architecture. He is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame.

La Alcaidesa is a gated community near Sotogrande, Spain, in the Andalusian province of Cádiz, accessed by junction 124 on the Autovía A-7 coastal motorway. The natural topography allows the town to enjoy an enviable location overlooking the Mediterranean with easy access to Gibraltar, the Campo and the towns of Algeciras and Marbella. The town has two staffed, gated access points and mobile security patrols. A fire station exclusively serving Alcaidesa was built in 2008.

Robert Trent Jones Golf Club (RTJ) is a private golf club located in Gainesville, Virginia, a suburb southwest of Washington D.C. Opened for play 33 years ago in 1991, the par 72 course plays between 5,570 and 7,425 yards.

The 2017 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational was a professional golf tournament held August 3–6 on the South Course of Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio. It was the 19th WGC-Bridgestone Invitational tournament, and the third of the World Golf Championships events in 2017.
