Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in Scotland, the United Kingdom, and the British Isles. The summit is 1,345 metres (4,413 ft) above sea level and is the highest land in any direction for 739 kilometres. Ben Nevis stands at the western end of the Grampian Mountains in the Highland region of Lochaber, close to the town of Fort William.
Carn Eighe is a mountain in the Northwest Highlands of Scotland. Rising to 1,183 metres (3,881 ft) above sea level, it is the highest mountain in Scotland north of the Great Glen, the twelfth-highest in the British Isles, and, in terms of relative height, it is the second-tallest mountain in the British Isles after Ben Nevis. Carn Eighe lies between Glen Affric and Loch Mullardoch, and is at the heart of a massif along with its twin peak, the 1,181-metre (3,875 ft) Mam Sodhail.
Càrn Mòr Dearg is the ninth-highest mountain in Scotland and the British Isles, with a height of 1,220 metres (4,000 ft). It stands a short distance northeast of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain, to which it is linked by the 'Càrn Mòr Dearg arête'. Along with Càrn Dearg Meadhanach and Càrn Beag Dearg, it makes up the eastern ridge of the horseshoe-shaped Ben Nevis massif in the Scottish Highlands.
Meall Garbh is a mountain on the north side of Glen Lyon in the Scottish Highlands. The flat summit of the hill has two tops of almost equal height, the north-west one being considered the higher.
Càrn a' Mhàim is a Scottish mountain situated in the inner part of the Cairngorms range, some 15 kilometres west of Braemar in the county of Aberdeenshire.
Sgurr a' Choire Ghlais is a mountain in the North-west Highlands of Scotland. It lies between Glen Strathfarrar and Glen Orrin and it is an excellent viewpoint, being the highest mountain in its group - a group which includes the Munros of Sgurr na Ruaidhe, Sgurr Fhuar-thuill and Carn nan Gobhar. Northwards there is no higher ground apart from the Fannichs.
Càrn Aosda is a Scottish mountain situated 12.5 km south of the town of Braemar, in the county of Aberdeenshire. It stands near the summit of the Cairnwell Pass on the A93 road, in the midst of the Glenshee Ski Centre.
Càrn Mairg is a mountain in the Breadalbane region of the Scottish Highlands, with a height of 1,042 metres (3,419 ft). It stands in a group of four Munro mountains known as the 'Càrn Mairg group', on the north side of Glen Lyon, Perthshire.
Càrn Gorm is a mountain in the Breadalbane region of the Scottish Highlands, with a height of 1,029 metres (3,376 ft). It stands in a group of four Munro mountains known as the Càrn Mairg group or the Glen Lyon Horseshoe, on the north side of Glen Lyon, Perthshire.
Càrn a' Gheòidh or Càrn Gheòidh is a mountain in the Mounth region of the Scottish Highlands. It lies 15 km south of the town of Braemar. Its summit stands on the border between the council areas of Perth and Kinross and Aberdeenshire.
Caher West Top at 973.4 metres, is the fifth-highest peak in Ireland on the Irish Vandeleur-Lynam classification, and part of the MacGillycuddy's Reeks range. Caher West Top is the only Furth to have a prominence below 30 metres (98 ft).
Carn an Tuirc is a mountain in the Mounth region of the Grampian Mountains, in the Scottish Highlands. It is about two miles from the Glenshee Ski Centre near Braemar.
Cruach Mhor is a 589 metres (1,932 ft) mountain in Argyll and Bute in Scotland.
Carn na Caim is a mountain in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It lies on the border of Highland and Perth and Kinross, east of the Pass of Drumochter.
Carn an Fhidhleir is a mountain in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It lies on the border of Inverness-shire, Perthshire and Aberdeenshire, in one of the most remote areas of Scotland between the Cairngorms and the Mounth.
Carn Bhac is a mountain in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It lies south west of the village of Inverey in Aberdeenshire, in the southern Mounth area.
Càrn Dearg is a remote mountain in Corrour Forest in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It lies northeast of Rannoch Moor, overlooking Loch Ossian, on the border of Highland and Perthshire.
Carn Liath is a mountain in the Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It lies east of Blair Atholl in Perthshire, Scotland.
Càrn Mòr is the highest mountain of the Ladder Hills on the border of Aberdeenshire and Moray, Scotland. It is located northeast of the Cairngorm Mountains near Strathdon.
