It was then extended to Paulina. While principally a logging railroad, it also operated passenger service until 1908. The railroad quit operating about 1925.

Havre station is a train station, re-fueling, and service stop for the Amtrak Empire Builder in Havre, Montana. The station, platform, and parking are owned by BNSF Railway, and the station was previously owned and operated by the Great Northern Railway

Shelby station

Shelby station is a station stop for the Amtrak Empire Builder line in Shelby, Montana. Near U.S. Highway 2, the station is adjacent to downtown Shelby. The station, platform, and parking are owned by BNSF Railway.

West Glacier station

West Glacier station is a station stop for the Amtrak Empire Builder in West Glacier, Montana. The station building, constructed in 1910 and enlarged in 1935, was donated to the Glacier Natural History Association in 1991 and now houses the offices and bookstore of the Glacier National Park Conservancy. Amtrak ticketing and other passenger services are not available. The adjacent track and platform continue to be owned by BNSF Railway. The station is historically known as Belton, and that former name continues to be displayed on the station building.

Libby station

Libby station is a station stop for the Amtrak Empire Builder in Libby, Montana. The station, platform, and parking are owned by BNSF Railway.

Rugby station (North Dakota)

Rugby station is a train station in Rugby, North Dakota served by Amtrak's Empire Builder line. The station was built in 1907 as the Great Northern Passenger Depot. In 1987 a local Lions Club chapter was among the groups involved in a restoration project for the station. The former Great Northern Depot was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 26, 1991.

The East Carolina Railway was a short-line railroad that ran from 1898 to 1965. Originating in Tarboro, North Carolina the East Carolina Railway interchanged at Farmville, North Carolina with the original Norfolk Southern Railway.

SS <i>City of Chester</i>

The SS City of Chester was a steamship built in 1875 that sank after a collision in a dense fog with RMS Oceanic at the Golden Gate in San Francisco Bay on August 22, 1888. She was owned by the Oregon Railroad Co. and leased by the Pacific Coast Steamship Company.

<i>Overland Limited</i> (UP train)

The Overland Limited was an American named passenger train which for much of its history was jointly operated by three railroads on the Overland Route between San Francisco and Chicago. The Southern Pacific Railroad handled the train west of Ogden, Utah, the Union Pacific Railroad between Ogden and Omaha, Nebraska/Council Bluffs, Iowa, and east of the Missouri River to Chicago it was operated by the Chicago and North Western Railway as well as, for a few years starting in 1905, by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad.

110th Street station (New York Central Railroad)

The 110th Street station was a station located on the Metro-North Railroad's Park Avenue Viaduct in East Harlem, Manhattan, New York City. The station was built by the New York Central & Hudson River Railroad as part of an agreement with the New York City government. It was located at Park Avenue and 110th Street.

86th Street station (New York Central Railroad)

The 86th Street station is an abandoned station located in the Park Avenue Tunnel used by Metro-North Railroad for all of its trains. The station was built by the New York Central & Hudson River Railroad as part of an agreement with New York City. The station was built during the late 19th century. It was located at Park Avenue and 86th Street on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
