Sushi TV is a comedy clip show showing the best and funniest moments from Japanese gameshows over the years. Clips mostly include bizarre eating contests, physical challenges or people's scary and sometimes amazing talents. Some of the highlights on this show have appeared on a Japanese gameshow edition of Tarrant On TV. Clips originally came from a few well-known Japanese gameshows, such as Super Human Coliseum, Live Live Down Town, TV Champions and Lady Boys.

<i>American Idol</i> American singing competition

American Idol is an American singing competition television series created by Simon Fuller, produced by Fremantle USA and 19 Entertainment, and distributed by Fremantle North America. It initially aired on Fox from June 11, 2002, to April 7, 2016, for 15 seasons. Since March 11, 2018, a revival of the series has aired on ABC.

<i>7th Heaven</i> (TV series) American drama television series

7th Heaven is an American television drama series created and produced by Brenda Hampton that centers on the Camden family and their lives in the fictional town of Glenoak, California. The series debuted on August 26, 1996, on The WB, where it aired for ten seasons. Following the shutdown of The WB and its merger with UPN to form The CW, the series aired on the new network on September 25, 2006, for its eleventh and final season, airing its final episode on May 13, 2007. 7th Heaven was the last series to be produced by Spelling Television before it was shut down and became an in-name-only unit of CBS Television Studios.

90210 is an American teen drama television series, developed by Rob Thomas, Gabe Sachs, and Jeff Judah, that aired from September 2, 2008, to May 13, 2013. It is the fourth series in the Beverly Hills, 90210 franchise created by Darren Star. The series was produced by CBS Television Studios.

<i>Baywatch</i> American action drama series

Baywatch is an American action drama series about the Los Angeles County lifeguards who patrol the beaches of Los Angeles County, California, starring David Hasselhoff. The show was cancelled after its first season on NBC, but survived through syndication and later became the most-watched television show in the world. The show ran in its original title and format from 1989 to 1999. From 1999 to 2001, with a setting change and large cast overhaul, it was known as Baywatch: Hawaii.

WWE Free For All is a professional wrestling television program produced by WWE. It serves as a thirty-minute preview show to the promotion's monthly events on pay-per-view, and as such airs freely on PPV channels a half-hour before the actual pay-per-view event starts. Formerly produced under the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) banner, the original format of Free For All also featured exclusive matches in addition to the promotional content that remains in its current format, designed to give prospective viewers a last chance to order the event.

Joey Fatone American entertainer

Joseph Anthony Fatone Jr. is an American singer, dancer, actor, and television personality. He is best known as a member of the boyband NSYNC, in which he sang baritone. In 2007, he came in second place on the ABC reality show Dancing with the Stars. He was the host of the U.S. and Australian versions of The Singing Bee, which aired on NBC in the U.S. Fatone was also the announcer for the game show Family Feud from 2010 to 2015. Big Brother: After Dark is a spinoff of the American reality series Big Brother, currently airing on the cable channel Pop. The program debuted on Showtime 2 in the United States and Slice in Canada on July 5, 2007, as a companion show launched in coincidence with the eighth season of Big Brother; it moved to TVGN on June 26, 2013, coinciding with the debut of the fifteenth season of the parent series. A Canadian version of Big Brother: After Dark was also developed as a companion series to Big Brother Canada, also airing on Slice.

Chelsea Lately was an American late night comedy talk show created by Steven Brody Stevens and hosted by comedian Chelsea Handler which was broadcast on E!. The show debuted on July 16, 2007, and was produced by Handler's production company, Borderline Amazing Productions. It was taped at Universal Studios Stage 1 in Universal City, California. In American markets, the show aired at 11:00 p.m. Eastern and 8:00 p.m. Pacific time but was recorded at 3:30 p.m. PT, usually the same day.

Late-night talk show type of comedic talk show, airing late at night

A late-night talk show is a genre of talk show popular in the United States, where the format originated. It is generally structured around humorous monologues about the day's news, guest interviews, comedy sketches and music performances. The late-night talk show format was popularized, though not invented, by Johnny Carson with The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson on NBC. Typically the show's host conducts interviews from behind a desk, while the guest is seated on a couch. Many late night talk shows feature a house band which generally performs cover songs for the studio audience during commercial breaks and occasionally will back up a guest artist.

PMPC Star Awards for Television is an annual award-giving body recognizing the outstanding programming produced by the several TV networks in the Philippines every year.

Hollywood Game Night is an American television game show currently airing on NBC. The series, which is hosted by Jane Lynch, premiered on July 11, 2013. The game follows two contestants who take part in a casual game night with three celebrities each, making the main episode a game between two four-player teams. Five games are played on each episode, with teams accumulating points based on their performance in each of the games. After the fifth game, the contestant on the team with the most points competes in a bonus round with one of the episode's celebrities. The chosen celebrity plays for a chance to win $10,000 for a charity of his or her choice, while the contestants compete to win $25,000.
