Manepalli Narayanarao Venkatachaliah (born 25 October 1929) was the 25th Chief Justice of India. He served as Chief Justice from 1993 to 1994. He currently serves as the Chancellor of Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (Deemed University) and on the Advisory Board of Foundation for Restoration of National Values,a society established in 2008 that strives to restore National and Cultural Values of India. He earned Bachelor of Science from University of Mysore and Bachelor Bachelor of Laws from the Bangalore university. He started practicing law in 1951. He was appointed Permanent Judge of the High Court of Karnataka on 6 November 1975. He was elevated as Judge of the Supreme Court of India on 5 October 1987. Finally,he became the 25th Chief Justice of India on 12 February 1993 and subsequently retired on 24 October 1994. [1] [2]
Post retirement,he has continued to work on anti-corruption and human rights issues,including support for the launch of the Initiatives of Change Centre for Governance in 2003. [3]
He served as the Chairman of National Human Rights Commission from 1996-1998[ citation needed ] and in 2000 he headed National Commission to review the working of the Constitution. [4] [5]

Sathya Sai Baba was an Indian guru. At the age of fourteen,he claimed that he was the reincarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba,and left his home to accept his devotees.

The University of Mysore is a public state university in Mysore,Karnataka,India. The university was founded during the reign of Maharaja Krishnaraja Wadiyar IV and the premiership of Sir M. Its first chancellor was the maharaja himself;the first Vice-Chancellor was H. V. Nanjundaiah. H. (Hanumanthappa) Narasimhaiah was an Indian physicist,educator,writer,freedom fighter and rationalist from Karnataka. Publicly known as "HN",he was the Vice-Chancellor of Bangalore University and the president of the National Education Society. The Sathya Sai Baba movement is a new religious movement inspired by South Indian Neo-Hindu guru Sathya Sai Baba who taught the unity of all religions. Some of his followers have faith in his claim to be a purna Avatar of Shiva and Shakti,who is believed to have been predicted in the Bhagavad Gita. This means that some of his followers see him as a God. Devotees engage in singing devotional songs called "bhajans" and selfless service (seva). Its official organization is the Sathya Sai Organization. However the Sathya Sai Baba movement extends beyond the organization. An important aspect of the faith of adherents is the miracles attributed to Sathya Sai Baba. The number of adherents is estimated between 6 and 100 million.

Dr. Cholenahalli Nanjappa Manjunath is an Indian cardiologist and the former director of the Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research. He is reported to have developed a new protocol in balloon mitral valvuloplasty and is credited with the performance of the highest number of such procedures using Accura balloon catheter in India. The Government of India awarded him the fourth highest civilian honour of the Padma Shri,in 2007,for his contributions to Indian medicine. He Inaugurated the 410th edition Of Mysore Dasara on 17 October 2020 which is the Nadahabba as a mark of honour for Corona warriors in the COVID-19 pandemic.
