Marshalldale is a historic mansion in Martin, Tennessee, USA.
The one-story house was completed in 1850. [2] By 1875. a two-story addition, designed in the Italianate architectural style, was completed. [2] The house was built for Marshall Presley Martin, a tobacco planter. [2]
It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 25, 1982. [3]
The Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park covers about 35 acres (0.14 km2) and includes several sites in Atlanta, Georgia related to the life and work of civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. Within the park is his boyhood home, and Ebenezer Baptist Church — the church where King was baptized and both he and his father, Martin Luther King Sr., were pastors — as well as, the grave site of King, Jr., and his wife, civil rights activist Coretta Scott King.

Dinglewood is a neighborhood/subdistrict located at the southern edge of Midtown Columbus, Georgia. In it is the tallest building in Columbus, the Aflac Tower. It is also home to the famous Dinglewood Pharmacy, which serves, in the opinions of the city's residents, the city's best scrambled hot dog. The boundaries of the neighborhood are generally acknowledged to be 17th Street to the north, Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard to the south, Interstate 185 to the east and Veterans Parkway to the west. In 2007, the estimated population of the area was 1,101.

The Driskell–Martin House is a historic house in Plantersville, Dallas County, Alabama. It is the oldest surviving high style residence in the community. The two-story wood-frame house was built for Thomas Sanford Driskell, a planter and a merchant from Virginia, in 1850. The builders were Nelson Mitchell and Massena Godwin. The house was used as a Union headquarters during the American Civil War. Their forces occupied it during Wilson's Raid through Alabama in April 1865. The house remained in the Driskell family until purchased by Dr. Thomas Munroe Martin in 1915.
The W.T. Lawler House is a historic mansion in Martin, Tennessee, USA. It was completed in 1880. It was built for W.T. Lawler, a veteran of the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War and physician. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 25, 1982.
The Abner Martin House, also known as The Pat Murphy Place, is a historic residence located south of Mount Zion, Iowa, United States. Abner Martin was a farmer and an early settler in Van Buren County. He originally arrived in Van Buren County in 1836. Abner & Lousia Martin began building the home in 1856 and completed construction in 1858. Abner Martin is said to have gone to California during the gold rush and obtained sufficient gold to return to Iowa and build his brick home. The house has a 3-foot-thick foundation, and all bricks were made on the property. A "tally brick" which told how many bricks were made in a specific day was found on the property. It reads 2,118.
The Dr. G.S. Martin House is a historic residence located in Maquoketa, Iowa, United States. It is a fine example of houses built in town for the professional class during Maquoketa's economic expansion in the late 19th century. It presents a more subdued and conservative appearance than other local Italianate homes. Built in 1882, the two-story brick house features a limestone foundation, a dressed stone water table, a low pitched hip roof, projecting low pitched gable wings, and simple brackets under the broad eaves. There are two porches on the house. The front porch is capped with iron cresting. Dr. Martin was one of the first physicians in town when he settled in here in 1857. He also worked as a druggist. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
