FIFA is the international governing body of association football, futsal and beach soccer. It is the highest governing body of association football. FIFA was founded in 1904 to oversee international competition among the national associations of Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. His conventional name is based on the fact that he often painted vases made by the potter Xenokles, with whom he may be identical. Characteristic of his work is his habit of cramming lip cups with figures, comparable to the normal decoration of Siana cups.
