Shobi Thilakan is an Indian actor and voice-over artist who works prominently in Malayalam films and television. He is the son of late actor Thilakan. Shobi has won the Kerala State Film Award for the best dubbing artist in 2021. [1] [2]
Shobi is the son of acclaimed actor Thilakan and brother of actor Shammi Thilakan.
He provides the on-screen voice for a number of actors in films and television shows. He is playing a role in the serial Manjil Virinja Poovu , in which he plays a hefty part. Shobi also played a cameo role in Ammayariyathe .[ citation needed ]

Palappurathu Keshavan Surendranatha Thilakan was an Indian film and stage actor who appeared in over 200 Malayalam films. Thilakan was known for his elaborate method acting, realistic and spontaneous appearances and is considered to be one of the greatest actors in Indian Cinema.

Anandavally was the woman behind the voice and one of the senior most dubbing artists in Malayalam cinema. In 1993 alone, Ananadavally dubbed for at least 50 films, lending her voice to lead female characters. This continues to remain among the unbreakable records in Malayalam industry.
