Yevgeny Vincente "Bambi" Beja Emano (born January 29,1975) is a Filipino politician from Misamis Oriental who is currently serving as the Representative of the 2nd District. He previously served as Governor of Misamis Oriental, [1] Representative from 2007 to 2013 and Mayor of Tagoloan from 1998 to 2007.

Pedro Sa. Baculio was a Filipino politician and lawyer. His father was a cattle rancher and copra farmer. He was the mayor of Cagayan de Oro for a short time from March 1953 to December 1953. He relinquished his post when his presidential candidate lost to incumbent President Elpidio Quirino. Baculio was also appointed as the acting provincial governor of Misamis Oriental in August 1,1945. He also represented Misamis Oriental,which at that time included the Island of Camiguin and Cagayan de Oro,during the 1st Congress,from 1946 to 1949. In 1948,he authored the bills to create the City of Cagayan de Oro,Municipalities of Jasaan,Manticao and El Salvador in Misamis Oriental. In 1949,future Vice President Emmanuel Pelaez succeeded him as the representative of Misamis Oriental.
Danilo P. Lagbas was a Filipino politician. A member of the Lakas-CMD Party,he was elected to two terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines,representing the First District of Misamis Oriental. He first won election to Congress in 2004,and was re-elected in 2007. He died while in office in June 2008 from lung and liver cancer.
Vicente "Dongkoy" Yap Emano was a Filipino politician and was the mayor of the city of Cagayan de Oro from 1998 to 2007 and again from 2010 to 2013;he was the mayor of Tagoloan,Misamis Oriental from 1980 to 1986,governor of the province from 1986 to 1995 and Vice Mayor of Cagayan de Oro city from 2007 to 2010. His son "Bambi" is the current Governor of Misamis Oriental.
