The 2023 Legends Cricket Trophy (LCT) , also known as KhiladiX Legends Cricket Trophy for sponsorship reasons, was the inaugural edition of the Legends Cricket Trophy, a Twenty20 cricket tournament featuring retired cricketers, many of them former internationals. [1] The tournament took place in India from 22 March to 30 March 2023, [2] The entire competition was played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Ghaziabad. [3] was organised by the Board for Veteran Cricket in India (BVCI) and was broadcast in over 30 countries. [4]
The final between Indore Knights and Guwahati Avengers was washed out.

The CAB Jubilee Tournament, also known as Hero Cup for sponsorship reasons, was a cricket tournament played in India in 1993 to commemorate the Cricket Association of Bengal's diamond jubilee. India, Sri Lanka, West Indies, South Africa and Zimbabwe took part in the multi-nation tournament. Envisaged as a six-nation tournament Pakistan pulled out on 3 November, four days before the commencement of the first game. India beat West Indies in the final of the tournament to win the Hero Cup. Hero Cup was the first cricket event to be sponsored by Hero Honda.
The 2013 Indian Premier League season was the sixth season of the Indian Premier League, established by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2007. The tournament featured nine teams and was held from 3 April to 26 May 2013. The opening ceremony was held at the Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on 2 April 2013. This was the first season with PepsiCo as the title sponsor. The Kolkata Knight Riders were the defending champions, having won the 2012 season. A spot fixing case was revealed by Delhi Police, leading to arrest of three cricketers from Rajasthan Royals and other persons. Mumbai Indians won the tournament for the first time, defeating Chennai Super Kings in the final by 23 runs.
The 2015–16 Sunfoil Series was a first-class cricket competition held in South Africa from 17 December 2015 to 10 April 2016. Titans won the tournament following a 10-run victory against Cape Cobras in the final round of the competition.

It was the first edition not to be sponsored by Sunfoil, after they decided not to renew their sponsorship. Lions won the tournament, after beating Warriors in the final match of the competition. They won the fixture, with just nine deliveries left in the game, to gain enough bonus points to overtake the Cape Cobras. Titans were the defending champions, but finished in last place, with just one win in their ten matches.

It was the 38th edition of the championship, with the tournament running from 8 February to 31 March 2019. Dolphins and Warriors were the defending champions, as the final of the previous competition was washed out, and the trophy shared between the two teams.
The 2019–20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy was the eleventh season of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, a Twenty20 cricket tournament in India. It was contested by 38 teams, divided into five groups, with eight teams in Group C. The group stage started on 8 November 2019. The top two teams from Group C progressed to the Super League section of the competition. Following the conclusion of matches played on 17 November 2019, six of the eight teams in Group C were level on points, all on 16 points each. After the final day of group stage matches, Maharashtra and Punjab had progressed to the Super League stage of the tournament.

The 2023–24 CSA 4-Day Series is a first-class cricket competition taking place in South Africa from 26 October 2023 to 3 March 2024. It was the 3rd edition of the post-franchise era and retained the two-division league format introduced the previous year. The competing teams in each division were different for the first time since the 2021–22 adoption of the provisional format, with KwaZulu-Natal Inland being promoted to Division 1 and Knights being relegated to Division 2 based on their performances across all formats in the previous two years. 2023–24 will be the first season to have promotion and relegation based on teams' performances across formats in just that one season.
