The Bangladesh Premier League 2024, also known as BPL Season 10, was the tenth season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), a top-level professional Twenty20 cricket league in Bangladesh. [1] The league is organised by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). [2] The season started from 19 January and final was held on 1 March 2024. [3] [4] In September 2022, the BPL Governing Council announced the seven franchises which took part in the tournament. [5] Comilla Victorians were the defending champions. [6]
In the final of the BPL, Fortune Barishal defeated the Comilla Victorians by 6 wickets to win their maiden title. [7]

However, the tournament was delayed by five days and started on 11 December 2019 and ended on 17 January 2020, with the opening ceremony held on 8 December 2019.
The 2020–21 Bangabandhu T20 Cup was a Twenty20 cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. It was played by five teams, during November and December 2020. In November 2020, more than 100 players began to undertake fitness tests, ahead of a players' draft for the tournament. The players' draft took place on 12 November 2020, with the tournament starting in the third week of November. Two days later, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed the full schedule for the tournament.

The Bangladesh Premier League 2023, also known as BPL Season 9 or Ispahani BPL 2023 Powered by Minister Group was the ninth season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the top-level professional Twenty20 cricket league in Bangladesh, organized by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). In July 2022, after the International Cricket Council accommodated the month of January and February for this league in its Future Tours Programme, the BCB announced the schedule of the BPL for the next three seasons. Accordingly, the ninth season was scheduled to be held from 5 January to 16 February in 2023. BCB also decided to increase the number of teams to 7 and to sell the franchise rights for 3 years from this season.
