The All India Indira Congress (Tiwari) was a political party in India set up by dissident Indian National Congress party leaders Narayan Datt Tiwari, Arjun Singh, Natwar Singh, Rangarajan Kumaramangalam, Yashpal Arya and Sheila Dikshit. The party later merged with the Congress party when Sonia Gandhi took over the party. [1] [2]

The Indian National Congress (INC), colloquially the Congress Party or simply the Congress, is a political party in India with deep roots in most regions of India. Founded in 28 December, 1885, it was the first modern nationalist movement to emerge in the British Empire in Asia and Africa.
