Examba is a City and Municipal Council in the Belgaum district of the Indian state of karnataka.

Examba village has a population of 15,224 of which 7,810 are males while 7,414 are females as per Population Census 2011. There are 3,253 families residing. [1] [2]

As Examba is located very close to the Maharashtra border, people in this village are bilingual and can speak both Kannada and Marathi. Most of the population are into farming and depend mainly on farming to make their living. Beereshwar Society, which is a multi state co-operative bank is headquartered here.
