The National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) is the United States federal government's official list of districts, sites, buildings, structures and objects deemed worthy of preservation for their historical significance. A property listed in the National Register, or located within a National Register Historic District, may qualify for tax incentives derived from the total value of expenses incurred in preserving the property.
Felton is a town in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 1,298 at the 2010 census.

The Lake McDonald Lodge Historic District is a historic district in Glacier National Park in the U.S. state of Montana. It comprises the Lake McDonald Lodge and surrounding structures on the shores of Lake McDonald. It is centered on the main lodge, which was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987, as well as surrounding guest cabins, dormitory buildings, employee residences, utility buildings, and retail structures. The district includes several privately owned inholding structures that are contributing structures, as well as a number of non-contributing buildings.
Odessa Historic District is a national historic district located at Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 82 contributing buildings in the central business district and surrounding residential areas in the shipping and trading center of Odessa. It includes a mix of commercial and residential buildings primarily dating to the 18th and 19th century. The oldest building is the Collins-Sharp House. Other notable buildings include the Judge Lore House, Brick Hotel (1822), the Davis Store (1824), Cyrus Polk House (1853), Zoar ME Church (1881), Wilson-Warner House, Academy building (1844), Red Men Lodge (1894), and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal parsonage. Also located in the district and separately listed are the Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, Corbit-Sharp House, and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church.
The Cape May Historic District is an area of 380 acres (1.5 km2) with over 600 buildings in the resort town of Cape May, Cape May County, New Jersey. The city claims to be America's first seaside resort and has numerous buildings in the Late Victorian style, including the Eclectic, Stick, and Shingle styles, as well as the later Bungalow style, many with gingerbread trim. According to National Park Service architectural historian Carolyn Pitts, "Cape May has one of the largest collections of late 19th century frame buildings left in the United States... that give it a homogeneous architectural character, a kind of textbook of vernacular American building."

Six are additionally designated as National Historic Landmarks (NHLs), the most of any city in the state after New York City. Another 14 are historic districts, for which 20 of the listings are also contributing properties. Two properties, both buildings, that had been listed in the past but have since been demolished have been delisted; one building that is also no longer extant remains listed.
Pakatakan Artists Colony Historic District is a national historic district located at Arkville in Delaware County, New York. The district contains 33 contributing buildings and two contributing structures built between 1886 and the 1960s. It consists of a small mountainside collection of studios and residences clustered about the original Pakatakan Lodge. It is an extremely well preserved collection of unusual Shingle Style and other wood frame seasonal buildings.
John Virginius Bennes was an American architect who designed numerous buildings throughout the state of Oregon, particularly in Baker City and Portland. In Baker City he did an extensive redesign of the Geiser Grand Hotel, designed several homes, and a now-demolished Elks building. He moved to Portland in 1907 and continued practicing there until 1942.
Bannister Hall and Baynard House is a national historic district located near Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware. It includes structures dating from 1750. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. The listing included two contributing buildings on 10 acres (4.0 ha).
The Frederica Historic District is a national historic district located at Frederica, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 118 contributing buildings in the town of Frederica. The oldest buildings date to the middle of the 18th century. The district includes a number of 18th and 19th century commercial and residential buildings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Greek Revival, Italianate, and Federal. Notable buildings include Trinity Methodist Church (1856), Robbins Hardware Store, the Hathorn House, Wootten Store, John Dill Store, Robert Dill House, firehouse, post office, and the Governor Hall House, the home of Delaware Governor John W. Hall (1817-1892).
Smyrna Historic District is a national historic district located at Smyrna, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 850 contributing buildings in the town of Smyrna. It includes the majority of residential, commercial, public and ecclesiastical buildings that pre-date 1920, the bulk of which were constructed in the mid-to-late 19th century. Notable buildings include the Cummins-Stockly House, Irishtown Tavern, Spruance House, John Cummins Mansion, A. G. Cummins, Sr. House, Governor William Temple Mansion, Daniel Cummins' Tavern and House, "Greybox," Delaware House, Jones' Drug Store, Smyrna/Clayton Masonic Building, the Peterson Building, Tilghman Building, Abraham Pierce Store, the "Colonial Hotel," Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, Citizen's Hose Company No. 1, Benjamin Benson House (1834), Asbury Methodist Church, Ebenezer Cloak Mansion, and Mt. Olive Holiness Pentecostal (1876).
The Coombe Historic District is a national historic district located at Felton, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses two contributing buildings and one contributing structure near the town of Felton representing an unusual mixture of archaeological resources, both prehistoric and historic, in combination with two excellent examples of domestic architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries. They are the brick Benjamin Coombe House, built in 1778, and the frame Caldwell House, built about 1872, with their respective outbuildings. It also includes the Hopkins Cemetery, begun in the late-19th century, and three historic archaeological house sites, as well as an area of prehistoric occupation that was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1979 as "Area F" in the Hughes Early Man Complex.

Notable buildings include the Delaware City Hotel (1828), Central Hotel, Christ Episcopal Church (1849) and Rectory (1870), Van Hekle House (1828), Delaware City Academy (1858), Delaware City Public School (1883), Dunlap/Worrell House, and First Presbyterian Church.

It encompasses 48 contributing buildings and 5 contributing sites in the original eight block town plan and one block 19th century extension of Port Penn. The earliest building is the Dr. David Stewart House, dated to 1755. Notable buildings include the Bunlap, or Bendler House (1790s), the Cleaver-Hall House, Eaton House, Presbyterian Parsonage, T. Cleaver House, S. Carpenter House, Port Penn School, "Linden Hall", Commodore's House, Jackson House, Presbyterian Church, Joseph Cleaver House, and St. Daniel's Methodist Church.

Alligerville Historic District is a national historic district located at Alligerville, Ulster County, New York. It encompasses 81 contributing buildings, 5 contributing sites, and 8 contributing structures in the hamlet of Alligerville. It developed after 1828 around Lock 21 on the Delaware and Hudson Canal and includes notable examples of Greek Revival, Gothic Revival, and Italian Villa architecture. Notable contributing resources include the John & Catrina Alliger House, Reformed Dutch Church of the Clove Chapel, Ira Brodhead House, John Forbes Hotel, Alligerville Post Office, Thomas S. Schoonmaker Farm (1830), Union Free District No. 1 School, Canal Outbuilding, Hall-Latinville Summer Cottages, and Hall-Barrett Summer Cottage.
Nevada Downtown Historic District is a nationally recognized historic district located in Nevada, Iowa, United States. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. At the time of its nomination it consisted of 39 resources, which included 33 contributing buildings and six non-contributing buildings. The district takes in the city's central business district. Its period of significance starts with the relocation of the railroad depot to the head of 6th Street in the 1870s and continues through the late 1920s, when the town undertook several projects in a spirit of civic boosterism. The buildings here are one to three stories tall and are all masonry construction. The architectural styles include popular styles from the period: Italianate, Queen Anne, Neoclassical, Prairie School, American Craftsman, and vernacular forms. They housed retail shops, hotels, banks, restaurants, fraternal halls, and a creamery.
