Forum Mall also known as Forum Courtyard is a shopping mall located in Bhowanipore, South Kolkata, India. It was initially conceived as an office tower. 80% of the foundation was complete before it was converted into a mall. [1] Currently it has a built-up area of 200,000 square feet, of which 125,000 square feet is the gross leasable (retail) area. [2] It was opened to the public with the sole intention of launching Shoppers' Stop in Kolkata for the first time, in 2003. [3] Its opening was credited with turning its neighbourhood from a quiet residential area into an upmarket shopping destination. [4] It has been noted for its excellent layout and signage. [5] The mall is constructed and owned by Rahul Saraf, Chairman of SAPL. The Mall also has a branch in Bhubaneswar named Forum Mart and has a new addition in Belur area of Howrah as Forum Rangoli Mall.
The tenants are diverse ranging from retail outlets to entertainment multiplex theatres to dining. [5] The mall offers paging services and a dedicated telephone exchange. [2] As of July 2003, the mall had parking space for 175 cars and planned to increase it to 700 cars in 18 months. [2]
It has six floors, four of which are dedicated to shopping, with many brands having outlets here, some of which are: Shoppers Stop, The Label Life, Adidas, Hush Puppies, Crocs, Metro, Reebok, Crocs, Speedo, The Body Shop, Colour Bar, Forest Essentials, MAC, Vero Moda, Global Desi, Kazo. The 5th floor is a dedicated Food Court, offering fine dining outlets to traditional Bengali cuisines like Oh! Calcutta, Cafe Mezzuna, Spaghetti Kitchen and TGIF. [6] The sixth floor is a 4-hall movie complex operated by INOX. It has a small outlet of Wow! Momo.

Spencer Plaza is a shopping mall located on Anna Salai in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is one of the modern landmarks of the city. Originally built during the period of the British Raj and reconstructed in 1985 on the site of the original Spencer's department store, it is the oldest shopping mall in India and was one of the biggest shopping malls in South Asia when it was built. It is one of the earliest Grade A commercial projects of the city, which were developed in the second half of the 1990s. As of March 2010, it is the 11th largest mall in the country, with a gross leasable (retail) area of 530,000 sq ft.

The mall was originally named Plaza Camino Real when it was built in 1969, but was rebranded several times when it was a Westfield Holdings property (1994-2015). Its anchor stores are JCPenney and Macy's. A Robinsons-May closed in 2006, while Sears closed on December 15, 2019.

It started operating on 21 July 2009, occupying 335 food and retail outlets. In December 2016, Forbes recognized ION Orchard as one of the top shopping malls in Singapore.

LuLu Mall, Kochi is a shopping mall located in Edappally, Kochi, Kerala. Spanning 17 acres (6.9 ha) with a total built up area of 2.5 million square feet, Of this, the Lulu mall occupies a space of 1.7 million square feet. It contains around 280 outlets, including food courts, restaurants, family entertainment zones, a multiplex, ice skating rink, gaming arena, beauty parlors, a toy train joy ride and bowling alley. The mall was opened in March 2013 by then Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri Oommen Chandy.

It has a parking area of 102,275 square feet (9,501.7 m2), and can easily have more than 1200 cars. There is a basement floor where Spencer's shop is located. The first to open the gates in the property was McDonald's. It has a fun and entertainment floor, too, which has a little more than 37,431 square feet (3,477.5 m2) of area. Mani Square has a multiplex run by PVR Cinemas. Recently, Mani Group announced that they would develop 6,000,000 sq. feet of residential and commercial space. It is a project with an estimated budget of 150 crore rupees.
South City Mall is a shopping mall in South Kolkata, West Bengal. Located at Prince Anwar Shah Road, Jadavpur, it has been open since 16 January 2008. It has a Gross Leasable Area of 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 m2) and parking for 2,500 vehicles.
