This is a list of the National Register of Historic Places entries in Columbus, Ohio, United States. The National Register is a federal register for buildings, structures, and sites of historic significance. This is intended to be a complete list of the properties and districts in Columbus.
Wheeling Warehouse Historic District is a national historic district located at Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. The district includes 20 contributing buildings and 11 contributing structures. They are warehouses and commercial style buildings and structures between Main Street and the Ohio River. All of the buildings date to the late-19th and early-20th century. The warehouses are mostly two- and three-story masonry buildings. The two-story commercial buildings have storefronts on the first floor and residential units above. Notable buildings and structures include the Pump Store (1933), Wheeling Stamping Plant (1932), Allied Plate Glass, Warwick China, Boury Warehouse, Ott-Heiskell Company, Edward Wagner Wholesale Grocers building (1915), the Moderne style former Greyhound Bus Station, and Main Street Bridge (1891).
Clore Plow Works-J.W. Whitlock and Company are two historic industrial buildings located at Rising Sun, Ohio County, Indiana. The main building consists of six interconnected buildings: the Whitlock Office, Whitlock Garage, Clore Wood Shop, Clore Machine Shop, the Forge, and the Engine Room. Also on the property is the Paint Shed. The Ohio County Historical Society has occupied the buildings since 1969.
The Orton Memorial Laboratory is a historic building in the Weinland Park neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The North Market Historic District is a historic district in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1983. The district consists of two-to-four-story warehouses, dating from 1880 to 1910.
Columbus Public Health is the health department of Columbus, Ohio. The department is accredited by the Public Health Accreditation Board. The department dates to 1833, when the city's mayor appointed five citizens to help with its cholera outbreak. It became a permanent body to activate whenever health emergencies arose.
The Lubal Manufacturing & Distributing Company buildings are a set of two industrial buildings in the Franklinton neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 2015 and the National Register of Historic Places in 2016. The buildings include 373 West Rich Street, built c. 1900, and 375 West Rich Street, built c. 1911. With much of the original materials intact, the buildings are few remaining that demonstrate Franklinton's early industrial and commercial history.
The Old Beechwold Historic District is a neighborhood and historic district in Clintonville, Columbus, Ohio. The site was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1985 and the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The district is significant for its architecture, landscape architecture, and community planning. The houses are of the early 20th century, using stone, brick, and stucco.
High Street is a major thoroughfare in Central Ohio, predominantly in Franklin County and Columbus. The foundation is best-known for its list of endangered sites in the city and its annual design award, given to buildings, landscapes, and other sites created or renovated in Columbus. It was established in 1977 as a project of the Junior League of Columbus, Ohio, following the demolition of the city's historic Union Station. It is headquartered at 57 Jefferson Avenue, a contributing structure in the Jefferson Avenue Historic District in Downtown Columbus.
The Jeffrey Manufacturing Company Office Building is a historic building in the Italian Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The building, originally used for the Jeffrey Manufacturing Company, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 2015.
The Felton School was a public school building in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio, and a part of the Columbus Public School District. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984 and the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1985.

The Jaeger Machine Company Office Building is a historic building in the Arena District neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
The Old North End Historic District is a historic district in the Italian Village neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. A boundary increase was approved to the register in 1999. District boundaries overlap with the city's Italian Village Historic District.
The Avery Pontiac Building is a historic building in Columbus, Ohio. It is located in Columbus's Near East Side, roughly between the Franklin Park and Olde Towne East neighborhoods. The building was added to the Columbus Near East Side District in 1978. It was individually listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1984.
The Peruna Drug Manufacturing Company Building was a historic building in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. It was built c. 1902 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in March 1973. The building was demolished in November 1973.
The First Avenue School is a former public school building in the Harrison West neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. It was listed on the Columbus Register of Historic Properties in 1983, and was listed as part of the Near Northside Historic District, on the National Register of Historic Places, in 1980. The building is one of the oldest in the neighborhood, built in 1874. It is also one of the oldest remaining school buildings in Columbus, built at the same time as the Second Avenue School and Stewart Alternative Elementary, also still extant. In 1984, Wood Development remodeled the building into the First Avenue Office Center at a cost of $1.2 million.
