The Politics of Henan Province in the People's Republic of China is structured in a dual party-government system like all other governing institutions in mainland China.

The Governor of Henan is the highest-ranking official in the People's Government of Henan. However, in the province's dual party-government governing system, the Governor has less power than the Henan Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Provincial Committee Secretary, colloquially termed the "Henan CCP Party Chief".

The 18th Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), formally the Political Bureau of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, was elected at the 1st plenary session of the 18th Central Committee of the CCP on 15 November 2012 in the aftermath of the 18th National Congress. The Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party is the provincial committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in Henan Province. The CCP committee secretary is the highest ranking post in the province. The current secretary is Lou Yangsheng, who succeeded Wang Guosheng on 1 June 2021.
