The 6th edition of the Prix Versailles recognized 24 world winners in eight categories: airports, campuses, passenger stations, sports, shops & stores, shopping malls, hotels and restaurants. [1] [2] [3]

Contents

On 16 September 2020, the world selections for airports, campuses, passenger stations and sports were announced. [4]

On 31 October 2020, the 70 continental winners were announced for the categories of shops & stores, shopping malls, hotels and restaurants. [5]

On 17 December 2020, the world titles were discerned for all the Prix categories.

Downtown Commons Shopping mall in California, United States

Downtown Commons, formerly known as Sacramento Downtown Plaza, Westfield Downtown Plaza and Downtown Plaza, is a two-level outdoor mixed-use entertainment and shopping complex operated by JMA Ventures, LLC, located along the alignment of K Street in downtown Sacramento, California, near the State Capitol building. The complex is bordered by J Street to the north, L Street to the south, 7th Street to the east and 4th Street to the west. Downtown Commons' previous format was a mainly two-level outdoor shopping mall commonly known as Downtown Plaza, despite numerous official name changes over the years. The majority of the site has been redeveloped, centering on the Golden 1 Center, home of the NBA's Sacramento Kings. The section between 5th and 7th Streets was demolished in 2014 to make room for the Golden 1 Center, as well as The Sawyer, a 250-room boutique hotel operated by Kimpton Hotels immediately north of the arena site. The remaining standing section between 4th and 5th Streets was also redeveloped in association with the arena project.

The Natick Mall is a shopping mall in Natick, Massachusetts. The original facility was the first enclosed shopping mall in Greater Boston upon opening in 1966; it was demolished and replaced by a larger building in 1994 and expanded in 2007. The mall, with the adjacent Shopper's World power center in Framingham, are major components of the Golden Triangle shopping district in the center of MetroWest, situated between Route 9 and Route 30. With 1,860,000 square feet (173,000 m2) of gross leasable area, the Natick Mall is the largest in New England by number of tenants, with 214. The building is categorized into four sections, notably Empire Soho, Empire Tower, Empire Hotel and Empire Shopping Gallery. Empire Shopping Gallery and Empire Hotel were opened in 2010.
